I didn‘t receive the goods
I didn‘t receive the goods. It was addressed to the wrong city. After 2 weeks I received an offer to refund the money. This was not what I was looking for. I preferred to get what I have ordered.

La atención al cliente es increíble. Desde antes de efectuar el pedido me ayudaron a resolver algunas dudas. Escribo desde México y desafortunadamente no pudo llegar mi pedido por temas de aduana, sin embargo siempre estuvieron atentos en ayudarme a resolverlo. Realmente tuve la mejor experiencia en servicio al cliente, siempre de forma atenta y amable. Ojalá la empresa crezca mucho y con ella el mismo servicio de atención.
