Já por várias vezes não apareceram autocarros, tendo eu perdido o dinheiro do bilhete e gasto dinheiro num táxi por causa disso. Não respondem a emails e por chamada dizem para mandarmos mail. Motoris... Toon meer

Never ever book with this scam company

I experienced a bizarre situation where I bought a ticket for the Lisbon-bound bus in Braga, Portugal, but it never arrived. Despite searching all 23 lines at the bus stop, I couldn't find the designated bus. The ticket counter informed me that the bus had already departed, yet they refused to issue another ticket. When I contacted the call center, they assured me of a free replacement ticket, but the counter demanded an extra 20 euros. It's truly frustrating and bewildering. My ticket number is 5100639405. Passenger name: Deepak Kumar Acharya.

Today bad situation with in renex bus…

Today bad situation with in renex bus service.driver break 10 minutes on motorway and go toilet and take a coffee and come back bus go away Lisbon side .and Lisbon 60km .i called help center and they are not respond give me so i take a texi for Lisbon and I pay 50 euro now need my money back from renex bus service

Extremely disrespectful treatment

I got the most disrespectful, humiliating treatment I've ever received from this company. I booked a trip for my boyfriend to go from Lisbon to Faro on the 17th of August.

He needed to fly back to another country to keep working (he was working the following day already). The bus was supposed to leave at 15:30/ 3:30 PM and arrive at 19:30/ 7:30 PM. After getting there, a completely unknown city for him, he had important things to do, and a flight to take at the airport.

The bus, although leaving in time, arrived at around 20:40/ 8:40 PM. That's over an hour delay, when he got there, it was already dark, many places were closed, and all his compromises had to be rescheduled.

I raised a complaint over this, and the response I got from Carina was just some ramble in which she basically said she was sorry, but since they aren't legally obliged to compensate anyone unless they're late for 90 minutes, they won't. She also hoped we continue using her company.

I replied to her and asked her to explain what keeping 7€, which would make a huge difference for us, from two loyal clients would help her or her company, and she never responded. I raised a new complaint, to which I also got no response.

So this multimillionaire company won't compensate their users after being late for over an hour, because there's this law that doesn't mandate them to. That's all, they won't have the decency to help otherwise. They're greedy and petty enough to get your money and not compensate you after porividing awful service.

Incompetência repleta de irregularidades que causam dano no consumidor e põem em risco a sua segurança rodoviária

Uma idosa, analfabeta, solicitou um bilhete para dia 23 e emitiram um para dia 21. Pagou a viagem na qual nunca embarcou, e teve que pagar nova viagem para o dia pretendido - dia 23. Após reclamação recusam-se a devolver à idosa o montante de 9€, que foi gasto por manifesta incompetência da funcionária do guiché. Não aconselho viagens com esta empresa porque não assumem os erros, o atendimento ao público é de extrema antipatia, os motoristas em horário de trabalho fazem pausas para fumar, arrancam com passageiros em pé no autocarro enquanto estes ainda procuram o respetivo lugar. A Par deste cenário, não cumprem com os limites máximos de velocidade em autoestradas, IP e IC e atendem o telemóvel enquanto conduzem para tratamento de assuntos pessoais.

Pedido de Reembolso não realizado

Boa tarde, não fui reembolsado do bilhete indicado abaixo e nem fui contactado para a resolução deste problema, mesmo depois de ter tentado entrar em contacto por todas as vias disponíveis para o apoio ao cliente. Este processo já dura há uns largos dias.

Be careful if you book on advance

We took a bus between Porto and Lisbon and get to the office within the courtesy time (1 hour as we has been told). The agent on shift asked us for some code instead informing us that we could get the bus straight away within these time. After this time we took a new ticket and were kinly informed that we could take another bus within 1 hour. I would like to claim the first ticket as per lack of information

Its one of the worst bus service and people should aviod it

Its one of the worst bus service and there staff are also rude . forget about customer service, they are just like fraud company. Now regarding my experiance , we were 9 people . i booked ticket just 30 minutes before the bus departure . Mistakenly i booked the wrong route, like i should have booked lisbon to braga, instead i booked braga to lisbon. i called the customer service to change that said you can cancel or amend only before 3 hours of departure. How come i was allowed than to book the tickets before 30 minutes of departure. i just want to change the route and whole bus was empty . They let the bus go empty but didnt allwo us to board the bus and neither change our tickets. Later on i was forced to buy another 9 tickets. i kept sending them emails and calls, they were very rude and didnot refund the tickets .

3 semanas consecutivas em que o…

3 semanas consecutivas em que o autocarro chega atrasado. Faço a viagem Coimbra Braga todas as sextas feiras e o autocarro chegou 30min atrasado pela terceira semana consecutiva ao ponto de perder uma consulta à custa disso.

Chauffeur exécrable

Conducteur désagréable, exécrable, odieux, parle mal aux passagers !
Ne donne aucune indication sur le fait que tous les bagages doivent être en soute, on n’a pas le droit de prendre ni à manger ni à boire dans le bus (4h de voyage), une personne voulait aller au toilette avant le départ et il frappe à sa porte, énervé, pour l’en empêcher! Ne dit pas bonjour, ni merci!!! C’est vraiment la manière dont il s’adresse à nous qui est irrespectueuse, comme si on connaissait les règles et qu’on voulait les enfreindre volontairement pour l’énerver!

J’ai pris le bus de 11h15 de Lisboa (Oriente) à destination de Lagos.

Não recomendo

Não recomendo. O preço reflete-se na falta de conforto é limpeza do autocarro. E, acima de tudo, numa viagem de 4 horas não fazem uma única paragem. A casa de banho do autocarro não tem quaisquer condições.

Serviço mau

Serviço mau. Fiz uma viagem de lisboa a portimão cuja hora de chegada seria às 15h, tendo chegado quase às 16h. Péssimo cumprimento de horários e uma falta de respeito para com o cliente.

Então

Então. Eles têm ótimos preços, no entanto, não há bela sem senão.
1º problema: Casas de Banho. A casa de banho do autocarro, nem sempre está disponível. Acho que na maioria da svezes, temos que ir pedir ao motorista para nos dar a chave.
2º Atrasos. Faço pelo menos uma vez por mês Lisboa Guimarães e Guimarães Lisboa, e não me lembro de ter chegado uma única vez a horas certas.
3º Este foi o maior problema que encontrei: pedir o reembolso dos bilhetes. Para quem compra bilhete online, para pedir cancelamento das viagens e o reembolso, é preciso enviar um e mail. Fiz isso, no entanto, dias deposi tive que mandar um e-mail de novo a dizer que mandei um e mail e que ninguém me respondeu. A esse e mail responderam-me que para obter o reembolso, teria que enviar o NIF e o IBAN por mail, o que por si só acho absuro pedirem estes dados por e mail mas enfim. Passou-se uma semana desse e mail, e nada. Nem dinheiro nem sequer respostas. Tive que mandar outro e mail a dizer que tinha mandado um e mail com os dados. Ja se passou quase uma semana desse segundo e mail, ou seja, quase 2 semanas desde o primeiro e mail com os dados para Reembolso. Quanto ao valor do reembolso, apenas reembolsam 50%.

Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar…

Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar menos. Nunca mi experiencia con una compañía de transporte había sido tan pésima. Conductor altamente irrespetuoso y maleducado. Nos gritó desde el principio, tratándonos como si estuviéramos en un campo de concentración. Actitud violenta y de desprecio hacía los clientes que habíamos pagado no precisamente barato por el viaje. Trató especialmente mal a una chica alemana que estaba enferma porque se le calló un pañuelo de papel al suelo y no se había dado cuenta.
¿Es realmente necesario dar tanta responsabilidad a una persona con evidente problemas psicológicos?
