Spent a long time at Hatton Garden looking for an engagement ring to call out to me and Rennie & Co was the first and only shop I walked into. The moment I walked in, Spencer has made me and my friends feel welcome and made the process for me so easy. With his expertise, knowledge and guidance he helped make my final decision on the ring. The environment was relaxing and the quality of the rings and diamonds are top quality. My now fiancé absolutely adores the ring and it’s more special than what she could have ever imagined. Even months later dropping by the store, Spencer and the team would welcome us and help us with any issues no matter how big or small. Needless to say, getting the engagement ring from Rennie & Co was one of the best decisions I made during this process and I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking and still deciding on a ring to go here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Spencer, and we will see you again soon!

Great service from Spencer over two consultations for our wedding rings. Plenty of advice and no pressure to force a sale.

Superb service and great quality rings. I really liked the attention to detail and the advice that we received when choosing our wedding rings. We received them a week earlier than expected and the engraving on the inside was exactly what we were looking for! Can't wait to wear our rings.

My Fiancee and I were picking out an engagement ring. Having walked around the whole street we went into Rennie & co after looking at a ring in the window.
Spencer was helpful in explaining what to look for in a diamond, and brought out the ring we spotted and a few similar pieces.

There was no sense of pressure to buy quickly, and we felt as though Spencer was not pushing and only wanted to help us get the right ring for us.

We are very happy with the ring we (eventually) chose, and it was a great experience for us both.

Well presented and tidy shop, knowledgeable staff, no pushy “salesmen”, I would definitely buy from Rennie & Co again.

Excellent service wrapped in no nonsense advice. No hard selling, probably because of the good value they know they offer - I triple checked if I was getting value against other shops in the area and even online for the certificated product I purchased.

We went to Hatton Garden today to return to the shop where we purchased our engagement and wedding rings 16 years ago only to find that they are no longer there since moving to Mayfair. Disappointed, we decided to look around to see if we could find a similar jewellers with the sort of jewellery and service we remembered. We were fortunate enough to come across Rennie & Co whilst walking around and, liking what we saw, went in to look at their collection of eternity rings. We met Dan Rennie who was extremely knowledgable, personable and helpful. Rennie is a family run business and has been in Hatton Garden since the mid nineties. We spent almost two hours with Dan choosing a ring and were delighted to choose a beautiful eternity ring. Dan very kindly polished my other rings while we were there which were looking rather uncared for and he brought them back into the shop looking so much better. It was a great experience with a thoroughly nice guy and we came home very happy. Would definitely recommend Rennie if you are looking for high quality jewellery shop offering excellent friendly and a bespoke and professional service and in a very tasteful environment with good conversation.

Dan was incredibly knowledgable and helpful, guiding us through the various diamond criteria and showing us a number of different engagement ring options to choose from. The ring arrived earlier than anticipated and looks fantastic. It has been a really enjoyable experience choosing an engagement ring through Rennie & Co.

All the staff, particularly Spencer, gave a welcoming, personal and genuine service.
From start to finish finding an engagement ring was comfortable, and we are thrilled with the quality of rings.

My now husband bought my beautiful engagement ring from here, I loved it so much we went back to buy our wedding rings from Rennie and co which are as perfect! André, Dan and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient (when I was being indecisive!). I could not recommend this shop highly enough.

I would highly recommend visiting Rennie & Co. I had a recommendation from a friend to head to their shop when I was choosing an engagement ring. It was my first stop, and Spencer spent over an hour taking me through everything that I needed to know about buying an engagement ring. Unfortunately, they did not have the shape that I was looking for, but Spencer was not upset about this (and the time he had spent educating me!). He advised me where to go and what to look out for. I choose an engagement ring elsewhere but I returned to buy our wedding rings from Rennie & Co because of the experience I'd had right at the start.

Dan and Andre are amazing! They can customise your ring or jewellery to exactly how you would like it, whilst adding expertise which will truly make your ring special. They have a great hands on approach and a great array of diamonds, gems and emeralds

Myself and my partner visited many Jewellers in Hatton Garden. We felt that Rennie & co were by far the most welcoming and friendly. They sat with us and showed us so many options until we decided on what was perfect. We went for a single stone diamond. I have to give thanks to the staff Dan and Andre they were very helpful but special thanks to Spencer who was so refreshing, he has so much knowledge and expertise and we really felt he who went above and beyond with numerous visits to see him and so much time spent with us.
This by far should be your first choice when looking for that something special

Excellent buying and after care experience. Personal sales where you aren’t pressured. As a complete diamond buying novice everything was explained to me by Dan clearly and I wasn’t rushed or forced into purchasing anything. Very impressed, the ring is beautiful and I have a very happy fiancée. Would recommend Dan and the team to anyone.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Rennie & Co and the whole experience was informative, easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Spencer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process; talking me through many lovely pieces of jewellery, without being pushy or impatient at any stage, across multiple visits to the shop. When mentioning that I planned to propose abroad and that there was a possibility that the ring may need to be exchanged if it was not quite right both André and Spencer were more than accommodating - we took them up on this offer and exchanged for something similar, but equally as beautiful. The exchange process, with my partner there, was just as simple and we both felt that there was a genuine desire from Spencer to help us find something perfect, no matter the effort involved.
Genuinely friendly, relaxed and helpful jewellers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Firstly, I would like to thank Dan, André and the team so much for helping me design the perfect ring for my fiancée. As my friend recommended the professionalism and quality of the ring, it was the first shop I visited in Hatton Gardens. Dan had kindly provided me a detailed knowledge session of diamonds and everything that I had to think about. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and even advised me to go around to different shops in Hatton Garden to further understand what I wanted. After a few trips to Hatton Gardens and visiting almost every shop there, I had a firm understanding of what kind of ring I wanted to get my fiancée. I wanted to go for a three stone engagement ring with pear shaped diamonds on the side and an oval shaped blue sapphire as the centre stone. Only a few shops, including Rennie & Co, were able to source blue sapphires with the specifications I was looking for. Although I saw nice sapphires at a few different shops, Rennie & Co, provided the whole package. The diamonds were exceptional, the staff were friendly and exceptional and the quality of the ring band was by far the best. Initially, I hadn't thought about the quality of the ring band but it makes a big impact on the whole ring and it uplifts the quality of the stones on the ring. André , then helped me decide which sapphire had the least flaws. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring and I am extremely pleased with the excellent customer service Rennie & Co have provided me with. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
