We had a full bathroom renovation completed by Yousuf at Renovaze and couldn’t be happier with the result.

Even after completion, when we raised a couple of small additional requests, Yousuf personally returned on a Saturday to resolve them — no hesitation, no fuss.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Embarking on a full house renovation, including a kitchen extension and multiple bathroom refits, is a daunting task, but from the very first meeting, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

They treated my home with the utmost respect, and their communication was flawless. I was kept updated at every single milestone, so I never had to guess what was happening or when.

We have used the services of Renovaze twice, one for a long overdue bathroom renovation and again for an urgent boiler replacement.

For the bathroom we told them what we were needing with some special consideration for my elderly father, such as supporting handrails, etc and were very understanding of the necessities and suggested things to compliment them. We were kept fully informed as the work was done and given all the options as walls were uncovered and new issues arose, and the team worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to give us a working bathroom again without taking shortcuts, it was an exceptionally good job and cost effective.

The boiler replacement was initially a service until the day before it was due it finally died, but Renovaze were able to have someone over a day later after checking the old one with a like-for-like replacement and had it installed and working the same day.

We have more work we're looking to get done on the property in future, and we won't hesitate to contact the team at Renovaze again.

I have never reviewed a bathroom experience. Restaurants and hotels more my thing. In a restaurant check the house wines. If poor, avoid the place, it means the chef doesn’t love their food. Why mention? Renovaze are obsessed with getting it done and right. The house wines equivalent being their own labeled toilet paper as a final touch. Nothing missed, from first phone call of contact to the removal of all the rubbish, the boss wanting photo to confirm the perfection of the clearance. Professional, empathetic, on time every day, brilliant work, delighted with finish so no hesitation to recommend or engage again.

We chose Renovaze to carry out a complete renovation of a dated ensuite because we found Yousuf the most professional and courteous tradesperson who followed up his initial quotation survey with a detailed itemised agreement of works. The work was completed to the agreed schedule, where the team remained courteous throughout the project, brought positive energy to the site every day, made good suggestions and went over and above to address the underlying issues found. Yousuf and his exemplary team ripped out and installed a totally new bathroom in our North London flat. They do so incredibly diligently, courteously and efficiently.

Renovaze centrally manage their projects and take the sourcing of materials and labour out of the customers hands - a real relief. The various fitters/workers on site are held to the exemplary Renovaze standard and their work was faultless.

The team take great care in their work, and your property and are frankly delightful to have around. They are fully transparent re: costs, too, providing detailed invoices accounting for all work undertaken and all materials acquired.
