I hired a removal company to take my belongings from the UK to Portugal. They used Rensat to handle all customs dealings, and I ended up unnecessarily losing £2.5K due to Rensat’s complete lack of understanding of how to properly apply for IVA exemption for their customers. When confronted, they said, “You are not our customer.” That’s what you get from them.
If you used them in the past to relocate from the UK to Europe and had to pay IVA (VAT), that was probably a mistake caused by Rensat. Please get in touch with me, as I am taking legal action against them very soon.

We have worked with Rensat for a couple of years now, and it always works well. They always try their best to solve the problems that occurs sometimes.

Always on the tasks and very quick to respond. On top of that the company has a very deep knowledge into the customs procedures and can always give the best advice.

Amazing service!
We've been using Rensat's services for more than a year now and they've always been responsive and extremely accommodating, even with last-minute requests. I contacted Reena at rensat regarding the import of a classic vehicle, I did it very late which was my fault however Reena and the team was very helpful even outside business hours making the process extremely smooth and very fast for me. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

we used to use somebody else but they could not do the job properly and we constantly had issed
since moving our work to rensat we have had no problems at all

We recently had to ship some things to France, they should have gone pre Covid restrictions and Brexit.
