stay away from rent a roof !!! you do a one time payment and cancel your subscription but then they carry on taking money monthly and have taken two months worth of a subscription in just one month. Company is a scam and impossible to complain or reach, all emails are automated and all emails are fake invoices which you “apparently” owe

Scam company
Scam company – avoid at all costs!
I signed up for rentaroof, cancelled my subscription properly, and they still tried to charge me afterwards. When I refused, they sent me threatening emails with fake “law firm” talk demanding £19.99 and trying to scare me into paying. Absolutely disgraceful!

No need to pay subscription
Just a tip for future users who almost fall into paying for subscriptions thinking it’ll allow access to “exclusive” stuff — just copy and paste the details of your desired property into Google and it’ll take you to the source/original advert where you can contact agents for FREE. Just some friendly advice for those who will not think twice before paying out of desperation.

Cancelled subscription, they continue to keep trying to take payment from my card, they are now threatening court action debt collection plus a £35 admin fee. Avoid!

The website is extremely streamlined and the selection of properties is better than any other platform I’ve used. On top of that another service had a paywall that stopped me from contacting the estate agent, much prefer this website for finding properties.

Beware SCAM
Beware, I cancelled after trial and got threatened with court action over a payment of £19.99 !!!! I'm not going to pay it as the service is non existent. Properties listed that have already been rented so of no use whatsoever. By all means take me to court hopefully it will expose this scam.

Affordable and friendly
My whole experience has been a good one.i was looking to rent after living in un kept shared housing ,with unsavoury people.when rent a roof changed my way of living I found a lovely quite house affordable rent .The agent was helpful and friendly.my landlady was quick and efficient on replacing a broken item and maintenance of the garden .
