From the initial call our case was handled in a caring, compassionate and personable manner. From calls with Carla to the inspection and the spraying. The three team members we have dealt with were informative and professional throughout the whole experience. Any difficulties or misunderstandings on our part were explained or altered to make for an easier transaction and service. I would highly recommend and well worth the money.

Daniel was thorough, courteous, personable and professional. He took time to involve us in the survey and to explain what he found and our options. He inspired confidence in his expertise and judgment and in the company itself. Any doubts we might have had about engaging Rentokil to carry out work or taking out a guarantee were swept away by his clear and reassuring explanations.

Our dealings with Rentokil were first class from the initial survey of the timber problem in the loft to the completion of the treatment process. Both technicians were extremely pleasant, punctual and absolutely no trouble whilst in our property. In view of the problem we had with the wood in our loft we would not however use the expression GREAT EXPERIENCE

Great service, both on the phone and in person. Very easy to book in, and the survey answered all our questions. The people that carried out our survey were very knowledgeable and gave us suitable recommendations. We have been able to proceed with structural works with more confidence knowing what needs to be done.

Rentokil Property Care have looked after our period cottage for over 25 years now and we have always found them to be an excellent company to deal with. We also have even more expertise to draw on since they teamed up with Peter Cox a few years back. They always seem up to date with the latest innovations in property care and we have always found their technicians to be some of the best around. A big thank you for their latest help goes to Sam Walsh, Steve Matts and a great plasterer called Dave Turner. Thank you Rentokil/Peter Cox who help us to keep our lovely old property looking its best. We would not trust anyone else.

Helpful, friendly and professional

My mother had bought a property and unbeknown to her was riddled with Dry Rot. I contacted Propery Care and for advice, Richard Broadbent the surveyor dealt with my issue and within a few days Daniel Harper the surveyor was at the door. He attended the property and was extremely professional, thorough and considerate of the situation. They advised what would happen and when, and constantly kept me up to date. Contact with them was always informative and reassuring. The job was completed in a couple of days and with minimal interference.
I wouldnt go to any other Company.

Rentokil's customer contact number 0808 134 7349 staff were not returning calls, albeit I had left 3 messages. I then discovered the email details for the RPC Enquiry Team and had the pleasure of receiving proper customer service from Ruth, which was appreciated. She investigated the issue and gave timely and informative responses. It was a good example of what customer service should be. Ruth's efforts were followed up by Nicky from the Products Division, who persevered when experiencing noticiable difficulties with her communication system. Oh the joys of modern technology. Sam , from Property Care Northwest who came to do a woodworm survey was knowledgeable and answered our questions accurately. He got back to us with a report promptly and helped us to book a technician.
Michael Mcnulty the technician who did the work was polite, thorough, and left our house in a good condition after his work.

Both staff on the phone (Andrea) and the person who came out to do the work (James) were helpful, efficient and professional.

Everyone has been so kind and professional. From the survey, to the work being undertaken and the invoicing and communication the whole process was made so straightforward. Mark, Olly, Lee and Jaden were brilliant. I highly recommend them

Although we got off to a bad start with Dave having van problems, he certainly made up for it. His work and tidiness are second to none. Dave is a very knowledgeable guy and was happy to explain all that is involved in doing a damp course and thermal boarding, which I found very interesting. He's also a great laugh. Made my three days of upheaval more bearable.

Sam,the surveyor was very efficient, showing me examples of problems like mine on line and taking photos and measurements. He was friendly and reassuringly knowledgeable. Jason and Jonathan who came to do the work were also skilled craftsmen and did a great job. They worked very hard and were also friendly and respectful of the house. It's great to feel safe with the work and have a guarantee certificate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was a little apprehensive before the works but James, who had also done some previous work here, was very good and we were very happy with the way everything went being kept informed all the way through and the completed work was very neat.

All surveying and work was carried out to a highly professional level. Workers were polite.

I just want to say thank you to the operator who I spoke to today. I have had a historical damp problem and you wouldn't believe how many companies have been trying to sell me random solutions. One company told me I needed to install a £6500 air purifier...

As as small business I appreciate integrity in a company. So thank you for this experience today giving me faith again in humanity

The surveyor Mark Ellis did a very thorough job in checking the property and explaining the findings. The report was promptly received and date given for the works. The technician Paul Hutchinson undertook the works on a Friday , explained everything and left it very tidy. The plaster Andy arrived on the Monday and did a very tidy job. Very pleased.
