DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE! They are a scam and won’t give my money back, I have never signed up for them and never will and they have taken $195 out of my account without permission! The people who work on customer service are absolutely disgusting and horrid and will seek legal action

NEVER use this website they steal money from you even when you cancel your subscription properly they will take $65.00 from you. I closed my account and subscription the same day STILL they STOLE MONEY from me. they are nothing but SCAMMERS the app is useless anyway plenty of better FREE APPS out there that work PROPERLY not like rentola.com.au what a piece of shit. It says a lot about any business that DOESN'T have a phone number to contact them, un trustworthy springs to mind.

Outrageous unseful service

Outrageous unseful service

You will need to pay the linked agency sites to contact the landlords in addition to Rentola's fees.

The unsuscription proccess is extremely misleading. Even more, you feel gashlighted after cancelling the account for the second time.

They will send you emails till you paid their arguable service if you cannot prove you cancelled it.

Even more, they will use Intrum to send you emails with unjustified "Services Costs" increasing the debt amount after a few of their emails fell in your spam folder.

Borderline scam.

Borderline scam.

I signed up for $2 to access then the service was awful, it just linked my to estate agents, so they offered no unique, exclusive properties, just linked me to ones I could find on real state. Then they billed me for $65 twice. When I requested refund they declined.

They took $65 without me knowing and when I used the two emails I have to log in they both showed that I was on the free plan. No option to unsubscribe or contact them. I feel miserable trying to stop them from taking more money. NEVER USE THIS SITE!

Sucked in by the Rentola scam

Sucked in by the Rentola scam. What a joke that this is allowed to happen in 2026. $ 2 for $ 7 days and then bang a $ 65.00 charged with no warning and no information that you had actually signed up for an auto renewal. Contacted 3 real estate agents on the first day and received not even one reply. Seems the rental listings might even be part of the scam. STAY WELL CLEAR. #RENTOLASCAM

Misleading trial and unauthorised…

Misleading trial and unauthorised charge – be careful!

I signed up for Rentola’s 7-day free trial, but was charged $65 before the 7 days were even over no warning, no email, nothing. When I contacted support, they claimed the charge was valid because it was “after the full 7 days,” but it clearly wasn’t.

There was zero transparency about when the billing would actually begin, and their explanation doesn’t align with what they advertise. I cancelled as soon as I saw the charge, but they refused a refund and took no accountability.

This felt like a trap and judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious before putting in your card details.

I just trying to steal your money

I had that two dollar subscription as an offer. First it didn’t help much and after that, they charged me the premium subscription. I’m pretty sure I had already cancelled. But after realising that they already charged me for two subscriptions they didn’t want to refund me anything, though the second payment was even made after my cancellation.

A scam experience and useless site

I wanted to look at places to stay in Adelaide, but it turned out to be useless even after premium. It claimed rent at 700$/month that was 700$/week and confused the 2 constantly. They don't allow you to stop subscription (after also charging a small 2$ unexpected fee) immediately for you to forget about it, and then they take your money.

I was desperate and fell for it , a literal scam. You pay a dollar, and without telling you, the next week they automatically charge you $40. A fing scam. Don’t download it. It wasn’t even worth a dollar
