I have no idea why there is not a zero block for the stars. Ordered some rocker chairs was informed shipping between 14-30 days. Month and half later - nothing. No email updates regarding delayed shipping or any update for that matter. I highly recommend sourcing products else where as this site is not customer service friendly.

I bought a nintendo switch for eighty dollars from this company that had an ad on offerup. After I realized the product i ordered was coming from japan, i was going to make a case for a refund in my paypal account. I decided to wait for it, so I closed the case for my refund. I was expecting to receive my order in a month or two, but it has been ten months and I never received it. I tried to find a way to reopen my case for a refund in my paypal account but I could never get a hold of anyone from customer service. It's like they're stringing you along until you give up.

They are scammers. They will not refund your money and they will string you along until you give up. I have reported them to BBB and IC3 but they appear helpless to do anything about it. Nobody will! They stole $139 from me.

Rent Products Online has not refunded my money and has continually delayed my refund by providing boilerplate statements with excuses and COVID-19.
Paid $419.99 for a product May 18,2020. After my inquiry, June 19th I was told there was a delay of another 1-3 weeks and I could keep my order in place or cancel for a full refund. I chose the full refund and they said a check was sent and the check never arrived. The stated they sent a second check and it never arrived. Then they said they would pay me via PayPal, so I sent them the info they asked for. Then July 29th they sent me a boilerplate statement saying they would pay me via PayPal October 15th. When I inquired further I received the same boilerplate statement. They are blaming COVID-19 and a high volume of cancellation requests for their delay and they refused to provide me with contact information for their management. Currently, and many months later, they are ignoring my emails. Note: This is an abbreviated version of the multiple communications with them. All emails are available for forwarding.

It should be a ZERO in stars! This company steals customers money...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a Food Saver, never got it and they will not refund me! It's a Scam!

I ordered a sewing machine in April 2020 I cancelled because it was taking so long. They said is I would get a full refund,then they said they mailed me a check no check,sent email said sent another check,then said they would pay me through pay pal no refund. Then said they would pay me in October well that's probably not going to happen. I will never buy from these kind of online stores. A hard lesson I'm retired so now I can't buy me a new sewing machine lost $244 dollars.

This company so far is the worst. Lousy customer service. I ordered a Oculus VR Headset 3 months ago. 3 months later no headset no refund. They sent me an email saying my refund at the latest would be 6/2021 I filed a complaint with BBB Florida office cause that's where they are based out of. Don't be cheap spend the extra money and buy it from a legit company. Or you'll lose whatever you send this company. I've emailed them several times and they respond with the same email saying how they have an unusual amount of cancellations due to covid 19 and I'll get my refund by 6/2021 the latest. It doesn't make any sense at all because they have my banking info and paypal account email address. So there is no reason for a refund to take 8 months. Jury's still out if I'll ever see my money or product.

Never do business with this company! I am still trying to receive a refund after ordering a vacuum in January of 2020 and finally cancelled the order in May because they did not deliver. I have been getting the runaround when trying to receive my refund. They claim they mail the check three times and didn't receive. Now they are saying they will refund on my PayPal but it won't be until September 2020! This company is a SCAM!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I GAVE THEM AN E CHECK ON 12/11/19 FOR A BISSELL CARPET CLEANER AND I NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEY DONT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR A REASON. THEY DON'T PLAN ON SENDING YOU YOUR MERCHANDISE. BUYER BEWARE!!!! THEY HAVE 122 COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB.ORG. THEY HAVE BEEN PROMISING ME A REFUND AND KEEP MOVING BACK THE DATE. THEY CLAIMED THEY MAILED ONE BUT IF THEY HAD, I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT NOW THEY SAY, THEY WILL MAIL A REFUND ON 2/6. I VERY MUCH DOUBT IT.
