Repap.com is/was not a scam but their website is now gone.

Repap.com is/was not a scam but they appear to be out of business. In the past, I have purchased equipment from repap.com several times with great prices, great service and quick shipping. Now that I am looking for another machine, I check repap.com and the website is gone and their FB page hasn't been updated since May '23. I hope that everything is OK out there.

They are scammers

I placed an order on July 18, 2023, but I haven't received any communication from their end regarding my order, despite paying $448 for it. It appears that they are engaging in fraudulent activities. It is advised not to proceed with any orders from them. It's recommended to officially report this issue and attempt to trace their activities.

They are scammers, they want to take your money

Hey,
I placed an order from repap website but still i didn't get anything and i contacted to them alot of time but they didn't response or not refund my money back.
When i placed an order from their website then the product was in stock and now i saw that the product was out of stock, it's totally scam. they are fraud.
Don't buy anything from them, they are cheaters. they just want to take your money and not to give you anything.

REPAP deceives customers, and then threatens them with Collections Agency

1. I had ordered a Resmed Chin Restraint and I paid $14.95 for the item and $7.15 for USPS Priority Mail shipping, for a total of $22.10.
2. REPAP shipped me a Sunset Healthcare Solutions Universal Neoprene Chinstrap, which is not what I ordered.
3. In addition, REPAP shipped this item via USPS First Class Package, even though I had paid for USPS Priority Mail shipping. This is deceitful and I was overcharged for shipping.
4. After I contacted REPAP, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock and that I would receive the correct item when it was back in stock. However, even today, REPAP's website continues to show that the Resmed Chin Restraint as "Stock Available", which is obviously incorrect and also deceitful.
5. I told by REPAP that in order to receive a refund, REPAP would not be sending me a prepaid return label, and that I would have to send the incorrect item back to REPAP at my own expense.
6. So in order to return an item I did not order, and to get my money back, I have to spend more money to return the item to REPAP and I would not be reimbursed for this return shipping.
7. This is not acceptable. I should not have to pay to fix a mistake made by REPAP. In fact, I am not even sure if it is a mistake, or if REPAP intentionally sent me the wrong item (since I have been told that the correct item is not in stock).
8. I am still happy to return the incorrect item, as long as I don't have to pay for the return shipping. But REPAP does not have an explanation for why the customer must pay for return shipping when an incorrect item is shipped by REPAP.
9. REPAP insisted that I agreed to the Return Policy and Terms of Service. This is true, I agreed to both of those when I placed the order. However, I placed the order assuming that the website was showing the accurate item in stock and that I would receive the item I ordered. There was no way for me to know that the item was actually NOT in stock and that I will be receiving an incorrect item.
10. I filed a report with the BBB. It is visible on the BBB website under the company Sleep Safe Solutions (I am not sure why REPAP is using two different names). When I filed the complaint, REPAP accused me of threatening them, but when I asked them to explain where / how I threatened them, they did not respond to my question. Then they tried to intimidate me by saying they would send me to their collections agency. I am still looking forward to hearing from their collections agency, so that I can explain to them that it is REPAP who owes me money, not the other way around.
11. My entire conversation with REPAP is publicly visible on the BBB website, and BBB closed my complaint as "Unresolved". I encourage everyone to go read it before placing an order with REPAP, so you can see how they try to intimidate their customers.

Totally Fraud company

Hi,
I am placed an order July 14,2023 on repap website.
And the owner Tony sent me an email on 24 July, 2023. Your order is being cancelled , without telling me any reason.
Still they don't response me anymore or not refund my money back.
The order I placed is 2400$ cost for different products.
I am sending them alot of emails and calling his websites contact number,
But still they don't response me for two months.
Now I can see that they should mention our website the item is out of stock.
When I placed an order then it is in stock.
They are totally fraud company.

Be very careful

I got their sleep apnea test and they toll me I have it and I need a machine I bough the machine from them and I the machine was broken and I start feeling tachycardia and chest pain,out of breathI tough something really bad is happening to me so a few months pass and my wife toll me one day she heard the machine making noises in the middle of the night so I email the and they toll me the warrantee expired so I spend the money and went to a sleep apnea center and guess what I just got my results yesterday yup you guess right no sleep apnea. What ever you do don’t fall for this s***

Repap found this machine. It already has helped my wife so much. They are such a great company. Jim was such a helpful nice guy. Companies like this that do so much good for people. Shows that companies like them do great things for great people like my wife

Worst company i ever dealt with

Worst company i ever dealt with. Like the other reviewer said, the owner/manager is very rude and uncaring when i call in to trouble shoot the S9 i bought from them, you'd think when you spend $700 on a machine they'd be little patient helping you figure it out. After a week or so i realized this machine is broken and totality not as advertised. The humidifier is not working at all i keep waking up with a stuffy dry nose. The fisher & baker mask also had a hole at the bottom so the pressure was always off despite me changing the numbers all the time. When i called in few days ago it would ring till the voice mail and i left them countless voicemail/ email and not a single reply. My machine is now collecting dust and im $700 in the negative.

A+ Customer service

This is a review of my experience purchasing a refurbished ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV from Repap.com. It is rare that I have received such consistently first rate service from any company. In view of the negative reviews I've found for this company, I feel it is necessary to relate the A+ service I experienced.

I had been on the Philips recall waiting list since June and had to continue using the DreamStation, not knowing what terrible things were going into my lungs. I finally could not wait any longer and decided to purchase a ResMed "out of pocket". Because the AirCurve10 ASV, which I needed for my complex sleep disorder, is so expensive, I found a refurbished unit in stock at Repap.com at a reasonable price and decided to order from them.

I could not be happier with the entire experience! Every step of the process was followed up with an email confirmation and a personal phone call from Tony to be sure everything was alright. The unit was shipped out on the same day I sent in my Rx from my doctor and arrived two days earlier than scheduled (thank you USPS). Unfortunately there was something wrong with that machine that caused a loud whining noise at full pressure. I called Tony and he said he would ship out a replacement that day with a return label for the defective machine. The replacement arrived in two days and works perfectly - truly "whisper quiet"!

From the initial order to receipt of the replacement machine Tony was nothing but helpful, courteous, and professional. I don't hesitate to recommend Repap.com if you are in need of a refurbished CPAP or BiPAP machine.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Owner calls and yells at customers on the phone. I have a recording of him in action. I bought a machine from them and they sent the wrong model when I tried to get it exchanged they refused and told me I needed a new prescription. Well yelled at me that I needed a new prescription. I never gave them a prescription in the first place? I sent the machine back to them and they never sent me the new one now i'm out over 700$ because I paid with FSA and should have paid with credit card. Beware this business it's owner is an uncaring maniac and will rip you off. This company goes by Sleep Safe Solutions on the BBB site. File a complaint with BBB in Vegas if you have issues too.
