It is cool looking and seems to be what I was looking for. It was an easy purchase. It took about two weeks to receive.

They advertise a leather purse. They state all products authentic and will investigate counterfeits. I received a cheap plastic copy. They insist the correct item matching my order was sent, despite photos of website vs received item and offered $2 compensation.

Took awhile to get here, but I got it.

Hello. I've been claiming for a month about a shipment that never arrived in my mailbox. I feel scammed and all I get is 'wait for a solution.' How much longer do I have to wait to get my package or my money back? I've explained over and over that the package can't be located using your tracking, and it doesn't show up in the USPS system to know where it was delivered and where they left the package. For me, this already means a loss, and the inefficiency on your part is traumatizing. I've been looking for information from several people about this situation I'm going through, and I understand that I might enter a legal process against you because everything points to a scam. They didn't deliver it to a post office, I don't know where they left the package, and I haven't received a solution to this problem.

I received my bat coin purse as a gift from a friend. It was delivered in a protective packaging.

The delivery was far slower than I expected. However, I am happy with the product itself.

Shipping took a very long time. Notifications and tracking were inaccurate. Item was not as expected but still of decent quality. The leather was thinner than expected and I’m worried that the snap will tear loose if not opened carefully. I ordered the item on or about 6/15/26. Item finally arrived 7/1/26.

The communication was excellent. I knew from the emails exactly where the package was in transit.
In my case I would have appreciated some instructions so I would know where to drill he holes for the mounts.

Packaging could be better as couriers in my country dint give a f××k about handling so the contents were messed up when I opened the container
Perhaps better packaging and fragile stickers on the package
