I demand to cancel my subscription for the next year.
You have the most disgusting service of all music services - a complete lack of technical support despite the fact that your technical system does not work.
This is the first and last year that I use soundcloud.
Technical support does not respond to messages in the chat or email at all and does not solve problems and I am forced to demand to cancel the subscription publicly!
For those who don't understand why I have to write this publicly, I'll explain. In the Soundcloud For Artist profile, in the Subscription section, it says: To make changes to your subscription, please email support. But Soundcloud Support doesn't respond to emails or chat messages.

Don't Buy Artist or Artist Pro. Soundcloud has turned into a scam company. They keep advertising services as Monetization and Distribution but they don't have the capacity to provide them.
Tracks are in review for months. The support is not existent and has been replaced by AI.
It's super frustrating and there are better alternatives online. Just don't use Soundcloud if you care about your mental health.

PS: Check Reddit or X. They are full of complaints every day.

SCAM!

I paid, uploaded, they denied without giving a reason (100% selfmade content owned only by myself).
Then they blocked me without giving a reason, so they scammed the 11€ I paid.

Everyone should report such cases to their local consumer protection department/facility.

Worst service ever I cancelled my pro version and they took the payment after I cancelled it I've now deleted the account altogether and had to contact my bank to block them incase they try to take more cash that doesnt belong to them I emailed them and all I got back was a stupid link for a robot which solves nothing

I think SoundCloud is a pretty good platform. However, the customer support is quite slow, which is a downside. On the other hand, SoundCloud has a very fast distribution speed, which is a big advantage.

do not use Soundcloud for Artist / Repost Exchange Services. Because of bad customer service. I sent 10 complaints and have been waiting 3 months for a reply but no reply. This is so bad. I hope no one distributes music via Soundcloud for Artist/Repost Exchange

I can say that Repost by SoundCloud is good music distributor. Currently I am using Repost and released 3 songs (my remix songs) up to this day and all these remixes are live and they paid the money I got from streams. I am happy with this service. One thing that I would be happier if they take a bit lower percentage of the money you earned (currently 20% cut, you get 80%). But as an inclusion, I say that Repost is a good one to start. I have never faced any issue with them yet. I hope it won't happen. (In addition, actually, my yearly subscribtion has been expired for about 3 months now, but surprisingly, all my songs has not taken down but is still live and collecting money! I am renewing my subscribtion of course, my bad that I couldn't renewed my subscribtion because, firstly I live in Asia and I work in government job and am not having enough time for my music, and had an issue with my visa card which I renewed the visa card).

SoundCloud repost is the best music distributor - it's fast, you can make money

do not use their services at all cost
first they have the worst price over all other distro
other distro do not hold you 15% of your revenue after paying 30 $ !!
i had a big issue with them
i'm managing multiple account from old artist who cannot use by themself a computer
and they have litteraly shut down all of those account because they didnt want me to have multiple account
but those account does not belong to me but to multiple artist, they have all lost their work on money
do never trust repost beleive me
