I demand to cancel my subscription for the next year.
You have the most disgusting service of all music services - a complete lack of technical support despite the fact that your technical system does not work.
This is the first and last year that I use soundcloud.
Technical support does not respond to messages in the chat or email at all and does not solve problems and I am forced to demand to cancel the subscription publicly!
For those who don't understand why I have to write this publicly, I'll explain. In the Soundcloud For Artist profile, in the Subscription section, it says: To make changes to your subscription, please email support. But Soundcloud Support doesn't respond to emails or chat messages.
