Ordered a Microswiss Nozzle for my 3D printer 11/04/23. Had a confirmation to say it had been delivered to the courier, this never arrived. 2 weeks later they allegedly sent out another one, DPD still haven't delivered it. No answer on their phone system, leads me to believe the whole Reprapworld is a total scam. Make sure you read customer reviews before purchasing from them, I will be sharing my opinions on various platforms.
(Whatever they say in response to this review will be total rubbish).
Waste of time .....

Promised a delivery time of 7-12 days for a part for one of our printers.
We've been waiting a month now and still no sign of it.
Uk customer service blamed the Netherlands for failing to ship it in the last two weekly import shipments.
It's the week before Christmas now and we've lost over £1000 in orders which we've had to cancel so far. The negative impact on our business however is also unacceptable. Never again.

Purchased the 25kg bags of ABS twice from Reprap and on both occasions they have arrived next day.

Creality Ender 5 plus
Ordered a Creality Ender 5 plus, £200 cheaper than Amazon. Expected to arrive in 7 to 12 days but actually arrived in only 3 days. The printer arrived in good order, very little damage to box, and has the upgraded Meanwell 500w power supply. The printer works very well and I am very pleased with my purchase. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from Reprapworld again.

Amazing deal on Creality CR-10S Pro V2
Amazing deal on Creality CR-10S Pro V2. £350 compared to around £475+ everywhere else.
Read the reviews on here and thought it was worth the risk. The item was dispatched and delivered promptly (4 days from order to delivery).
Packaging was slightly damaged but contents in perfect condition. Would use them again.

CAUTION: Payment taken for non-stocked items
CAUTION:
Purchased a well known brand of 3D printer some weeks ago.
Before purchasing I checked that item was in stock which it was and local to me.
I even selected and paid for next day delivery as it was an option.
Process for paying went smoothly, got a receipt etc.
Unfortunately the case was , they never had this item in stock, the only way to contact them is via email, support responded days after expected delivery date.
I went back checked my account and it hadn’t even been processed, checked-out of dispatched. No clue to what was happening.
But I see that they had taken payment for the item, even though it was none existent.
Over 4 weeks now still waiting
My Advice: email them first before purchasing high value products and hope to get an honest response about stock availability.

Brilliant so far
From my point of view this company has done really well!
- cheapest price for an Elegoo Mars 3
- printer was well packaged
- it already mentioned on the website that the printer wasn't in stock in the UK warehouse. This got confirmed to my by a very friendly Lady on the Telephone. She said it would be about two weeks for the printer to arrived in the UK from the dutch warehouse.
-After two weeks I phoned in again to check on the status of my order. It was confirmed that the printer is in the UK and will be with me in one or two days. I received a DHL tracking number and two days later the printer was there.
From what I can say this company has done exactly as they should and promised from a distribution point of view. I can't comment on the item or the aftersale service as of yet but I will update this review if I am feeling disappointed in any of those points...so far 5 stars!
I Guess if people want to complain about the delivery time, we'll we shouldn't have left the EU! Post brexit this company had to establish a UK warehouse in order to bypass custom duties and not having to pass those costs on to the customer...which in my point of view deserves even a gold star!

Only care about keeping your money.
Printer arived with more than one defect, was told to repair the printer my self which i did and when that wouldnt solve the problem and they refused to refund me they used the fact that they had me try to repair it against me in a paypal case to make sure i couldnt get a refund.
Do not buy from this company but if you insist on buying from them or you alrerady have and its defective, do not listen to them when they tell you to repair it, make them either take it back or go to paypal.

You say I should be able to repair it myself but you used the repair you asked me to do to get PayPal to deny my refund, you are dishonest and your customer service is terrible.i did explain the problem but after I had defect after defect I just wanted to return the defective printer and you outright scammed me to keep my money.

Faulty 3D printer delivered, no real support provided
Bought a new 3D printer which is not working. Their current advice is to take the back off the processor and start fiddling with the circuit board! Honestly?!!
You can do better than that surely?

11-04-22 Their reply: Creality 3D printers do require some adjusting and maintenance over time, so we do expect customers to be able to do minor adjustments and replace components.
I don't see a reply to my last message in the mailbox, if you need further instruction on how to fix your printer I am glad to help.
11/04/22 My reply: I have indeed solved this issue. It was nothing to do with the circuitboard, which I had to figure out for myself. So my review of your support is valid, in that YOU didn't solve my problem, I had to go figure it out myself.

100% Recommend RepRap
It was my first time buying from RepRap. Prices are decent compared to other stores, delivery was amazingly fast (next working day delivery) and customer service is brilliant. I've bought an Ender 5 Pro and unfortunately had a manufacturer's issue with the SD card slot. I've contacted technical support, they've given me step-by-step instructions in order to try and fix it myself, but it didn't work. I've sent video proof back and they've replaced my mainboard. Everything went smoothly with no headaches. I will 100% recommend RepRap and will buy again.

I have just started ordering from this company and they could not be any more helpful. I have made mistakes in ordering the wrong items but they have helped me replace or let me send it back for a full refund. there delivery times to Scotland is good (Post Brexit)

Really disappointing customer service.
Really disappointing and ignorant customer service. Price on the website is in £ but you still need to match the original price in Euro using "a rate" even though the page is co.uk. I needed to pay extra £14 as my bank had less favorable exchange rate to that used by Reprapworld at the time. After a week of waiting I decided to contact customer service again just to learn that the new batch of step motors was broken and I still need to wait few more weeks. I have asked immediately for a refund. Just before my refund being processed I was contacted by customer service with the news that there is a working 3D printer for me after all. Fortunately I have ordered somewhere else and after three days I have received my 3D printer without any issue.

Very happy (pre Brexit)
We ordered Esun PLA+ rolls before Christmas and expected a wait due to problems that were taking place at the border yet they arrived in expected time and in excellent condition. A good company. Just need to find out if there are extra charges and what they would be now due to Brexit as that will affect our decision to order again as don’t want major import charges on what is considered a hobby. So a great company in my opinion!

No stock, beware the lengthy delivery.
I ordered a 3d printer from these guys. The item was shown in stock and I paid an extra £20 for delivery, plus VAT. The item did not arrive on the due date and I checked with them a day later, I got the reply that the item was not in stock and there would be at least a 3-4 week delay. I am chasing them for a refund, but no response to my email request. It seems, like others have noted, they take orders without any stock.
