Not too pushy, our cat loves the flavours and hasn't got bored of them at all

Great product and service. Honestly can't fault them! My cat loves their chicken and fish flavours in particular :)

Food leaves my cats coat feeling soft and he has had less skin flare ups since eating it. Only frustration is that if you need a top up of wet or dry food the price doesn't vary much as they 'recommend' a mix diet, so now I have loads of wet and sometimes run very low on dry.

My cats have dry and wet food from Republic and they love both. There is never any waste, and the high nutritional content means they don't need large portions. This makes it excellent value for money.

Again received excellent friendly customer service with my query. Have never had bad customer service from them and been a customer for quite some time now. The food is tailored to what my cat needs, always delivered on time and most importantly my cat loves it

I received a taster box today and cats loved it and the packaging is excellent . And the customer service is also very good I highly recommend these

Customer service is ridiculously slow, when I finally get a response they haven’t even bothered to respond to all my issues instead I get what seems like a pre prepared generic template.

I’m surprised some reviewers have mentioned good customer service, either I’ve been unlucky or they’ve been written by someone at the company. It’s genuinely the worst experience I’ve had with a subscription Cat food company.

We have just restarted our subscription again, and they were very happy to have us back and were so very helpful with all the little questions and queries we had. We have always been treated with kindness and find them to be a very friendly group of people. They are always very willing to go to the extra mile.

The communication from this Company is excellent. Their personalised messages and complete service makes you feel like a valued customer. The quality of their products is superior to any others we have tried and our cat enjoys his selection. The variety is good too. The cat has benefitted in terms of general well being and coat has improved enormously with very little occurrence of fur balls.

I was really excited to subscribe to Republic of Cats after my cat loved the taster box. I spent a lot of time carefully rating her preferences and customising the monthly box so she would get the variety she needs. She’s a very picky eater and doesn’t do well with repetition.

The website makes a big deal about tailoring your cat’s meals, letting you select more or less of certain flavours, which I made sure to do. But when my first full order arrived, it was completely wrong. They ignored the selections I made and sent only three flavours.

It feels like the whole personalisation feature is just a marketing gimmick. It doesn’t look like the boxes are actually curated based on what customers choose, which is really disappointing.

I’ve contacted them to fix this, as my cat isn’t happy and will quickly get bored with such limited variety.

Update: Support admitted that boxes aren’t actually customised - they just send sleeves of 5, so your selections don’t really matter. The personalisation is basically pointless, and I was offered 15% off.

We've had cats for over 40years and we've always fed them with different brands of cat food.I wouldn't like to say how much wastage there was.This is the 2nd month we've had from ROC our cats love their food and nil wastage.Both our cats love this food.We wer're out of food and we gave them a pouch of old food,they didn't touch this !!!This speaks volumes for 5* food,sent by courier and packaged for each cat,no going backwards now.Just brilliant,cats are very happy .

I think republic of cats is brilliant my cat is old now amd needs better food and things for her tummy and they are the best she loves her morning and night wet food amd grazes during the day on her dry food with her portion size done for me it's so easy to keep her full and happy and her coat is shiny and she is enjoying her later years they are a great company and make ordering her food just how she likes it fun and easy and I even got a cute toy for her they really are great at what they do

I have been ordering their food since few years. My both cats love their selections and the customer service is brilliant:) You can adjust amounts of the dry and wet as you wish which makes the subscription very accessible. I currently use two different brands chosen by my cats:)

I needed to temporarily amend the next monthly order and could find no way of doing this. Ronnie was very helpful and resolved the position and also gave advice on how to revert to the regular order once the amended one has been delivered - and, further, that if I didn't manage to revert to original order status, to email and (again) the amendment would be made for me.
In summary, my cat loves the food and I love the customer support - a joy to deal with this company and its members.

After moving home, my cat, Midknight, started having some digestion issues. I noticed blood in his poo and he was struggling to use the litter box properly. I was really worried, so I decided to try Republic of Cats after hearing good things and ordered the taster box to start.
The difference has been incredible. Gradually introducing him to the food made a big difference, and now he’s doing so much better. His digestion has improved significantly, there's no more blood in his poo, and he just seems happier and healthier overall.
Bonus points for the adorable free catnip starfish toy we got with our first full order. Midknight loves it and has been playing with it non-stop since I gave it to him.
Thank you, Republic of Cats, for helping my baby boy feel good again. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with sensitive tummies or digestive issues in their cats!
