Resellercluster customer care are great, when I was setting up my store it was a little bit difficult for me but with the support of there customer service i was able to setup my own store easily

I've been a white-label reseller of website hosting services since 2009. I own a digital marketing agency here in the USA and understand the value of giving my clients web development, hosting and digital marketing from one vendor vs many.

1. Reseller Cluster's product and service offering is far superior to what my team and I have been able to find in any other hosting company in the industry.

2. We've always been paid on time, quickly, and in the correct amount. Their system is fully automated, meaning there's zero risk of human error.

3. Product offerings: Reseller Cluster allows white-label resellers the ability customize each product or service sold to the public. They give you a buy rate for everything from SSL certificates (and multiple types can be sold), email addresses, gigabytes of storage space, bandwidth, RAM, FTP accounts, the level of technical support service offers --- you name it.

The bottom line is that Reseller Cluster gives a small web designer or an agency the ability to competitive with "the big boys" and even crush them by offering a more robust portfolio of services at unbeatable prices.

My agency expects to continue using Reseller Cluster for decades to come.

I'll try to be as balanced as possible. Been with them for years, but not actively engaged for a while. A recent experience prompts this review.

1. They have excellent technical support staff, as do the hosting brands that use their white-label system.

2. Recently I received notice from WorldPay that a domain had been renewed. I did not initiate this. I noticed it was a future pay agreement, so some sort of automated payment and that WorldPay had the card details on file for some reason. No OTP or 3D secure code was requested or provided, yet this payment went through. I think there is a need to overhaul the banking system in relation to agreements like this with a requirement for OTP/2FA each time.

3. Resellercluster initially refused to reverse stating that it was a manual payment.

4. Eventually after multiple emails they issued a refund and shut the account down. I don't particularly mind, since it was a small account and the second domain was with another provider. But I'm sure others intending on building out larger accounts would mind; especially if they had been forced to move their domain to Resellercluster in order to access the DNS and SSL offerings (it's compulsory that you move the domain to them if you want SSL - as I understand it - which is the main reason I decided not to proceed any further with plans for marketing).

While white label makes sense for brands like Polaroid, where they don't necessarily own the rest of the production line, but do own the brand and invest in marketing to build brand equity; it starts to make zero sense, when you don't even have control over the brand you are investing in, which is the case with Resellercluster. Awareness building, brand positioning research etc. all take time and money, so count the cost before you participate in a system like this or similar ones.

Resellercluster has a seamless service, easy to use, but their payment with futurepay is boring... Customer service representative excellent, Doo am yet to cash out, looking forward till then. Will be back for more review
