I invested an amount of money into a company called cfdreserve supposedly in Sydney, with promises of a good return. On "paper" it did give a good return, but that is where it finished. They continually wanted more money to invest so as I would go up to "Gold" class client . Now just recently I was informed that CFDRESERVE SUPPOSEDLY was taken over by someone else and I was having my account closed. Now to get my original amount of money, plus the profits I would have to pay all commissions & fees up front from additional amount of money, I had no problem with this request because they had earned it YEAH RIGHT
So I asked to have it deducted from the money owing to me, they refused and said that is not company policy. And so I have lost it all ONE MASSIVE SCAM . DON'T touch these crooks with a "40 foot barge pole"

And I cannot reply to their emails now
I inadvertently used their site should have checked these reviews first!

Update2: I received no follow-up communication via phone or email. There are two separate charges on the credit card, and then a refund on one of them. It was apparent that the website logged 2 transactions (both timestamped the same), and one was backed out. It's out of my hands and in the Finance Manager's now. Again, DO NOT USE THIS RESERVATIONS CENTER or any 3rd party reservations service.

Update: The 2-hour window for getting a call from a supervisor has expired. PLEASE do not use this company. Verify what website you are on VERY CAREFULLY.

I tried to make a reservation and I thought I was on the right website and that's on me. But the reservation is wrong. I filled out the form asking for rooms on 8/11/26; I hit submit & got the "working" pop-up, then a message "Something Went Wrong"; I scrolled up to see if I missed some information & the "working" popup appeared again. Then, it said the reservation was confirmed, only it defaulted to today's date. I called, and of course was told since it was prepaid, nothing can be done. I have asked for a supervisor & was told one would call me within 2 hours. Meanwhile, I have $850 in room reservations for tonight that are utterly useless. I will be requesting a chargeback if they won't cancel.

***I was sent a "follow-up" email from "Shopper Approved" which asked if I had received my order. Well, I guess, technically. But the link they provide goes to a screen thanking me for my feedback, so I left the same review as here. The other options have no links & tell me if I haven't received the order, to wait 24-48 hours. Useless. Chargeback request will be made later this morning.***

Scam!!! Wish I’d looked here before using. They appear to be the hotel direct booking site. Do not use!!!!!

We made a booking not realising there was a drop down box which listed the hidden fees. Placed credit card details and agreed to pay thinking it was at the advertised price while they held the price for 10 min. Next screen showed the amount paid with all the fees but it was too late to back out. Then add a further fee for currency conversion on your bank statement.

Note If you cancel you loose your booking and your entire fee. So best not to cancel.

We placed a police report and government report in AU with no reply.

We cancelled the anz card. ANZ lost the claim then refused to refund on the overcharge scam.

We had booked Melbourne grande Hyatt who checked and advised the booking existed via Agoda. The hotel didn’t seem interested to know that a scam site was booking rooms at their hotel. We had a nice stay at a high price. The overcharge was AU$1500 for 3 rooms, 4 nights.

The tariff exposed do not correspond to the real price. Surcharges are applied without and advice to the customer. Help request was ignored.

I would give these scammers a minus rating if possible. I placed a reservation with Booking.com for a hotel priced at £92 at Gatwick, London UK. I received confirmation from Reservation Centre in the US who charged me $198USD - almost double. I fought back long and hard accusing them and Booking.com of being in cahoots and scamming innocent people by means of fraud. They offered me 5%, then 10%, then 25%, then 50% then 100% discount on future booking fees. I (not politely) told them where they could put their discount. They tried 20 - 30 times to coerce me into accepting their confirmation - no chance as I NEVER placed my order with them in the first place. My responses were always refusal to their requests. I reported them to Barclaycard and Action Fraud but, following an initial investigation, my complaints were not followed up on the basis that I was unable to prove the advertised room rate. Disappointing but, I guess understandable. I think it's more than time the UK government got involved in these scams and started protecting the people who pay their huge salaries and expense accounts.
Reservations Centre:- leave the British Public alone and keep your fingers out of our bank accounts.

No stars_just like Keri Alford_same reservations center not only overcharged me in American $ _at the time they charged me$1_to find out and get a refund_gave them my card number details and find out yesterday they have been withdrawing $66 from my a/c every month for the last 3 months!A huge scam!

Falsely advertised price. Advertised in AUD then charge in US & then can't get a repsonse from anyone. DO NOT USE the is website just go directly through the hotel or Booking.com

No clear confirmation of reservation, entailing a second attempt to book a room, with the result of double booking and double charge. No action to correct the error even after written request !!!!!

Fake hotel website sponsored at the top of page search. Charged card over 100$ more than confirmation booking and zero emails from them.

Scammed. Booked a room for $135 a night, 2 night stay which =$270. They charged me $400.27. The booking went through. Went to ring the 1800 number and it said disconnected. Will book directly with hotels now as they still charge the cheaper price.

I booked a hotel through reservationscenter.com. This is a SCAM! The email confirmation sent to my email does not list the hotel, the location, or the total that was charged to my card. When trying to "contact" 1on1 with AI they suggested I speak to a person and then prompted me to put in my credit card for a $1 charge, which I did not do. When I tried to "contact" by phone it directs you to contact the hotel, unless your reservation "starts with an R". The hotel knows no information because it is was reserved through reservationscenter.com. When trying to "contact" by typing where their site suggests, it would not submit. It advertised that the reservation could be canceled 24 hours prior to the stay, there is no way to do that if you can't communicate with the company. Obviously at this point I know I have been scammed, so I checked my credit card statement. The total was supposed to be $123.00 with "discount advertised and taxes added", when checking my credit card statement I was charged $178.00. DO NOT use RESERVATIONS CENTER.com!!

I thought I was on the days Inn official site I booked 1 nights stay for what they said was £70 later on I they’d taken £103, for admin and booking fee. Really angry I fell for this trick. Avoid at all costs

Charged 3 times as much as they said! Website looks like travelodge but isnt. Bad people in my view. Dont go anywhere near them!

My bank agreed and have refunded me

I faced exactly the same problems as all the previous claims :
I thought I was on an Hotel website in Rennes(France) with a price of 145 €.
First they inform me of an error with my bank data and recommend to renew the payment what I did.
But in fact they charged me two times at the following price : 138 US$ + 58 US$ (fees and service) which was not announced before payment. A big robbery and a scam ! Flee away this fraudulous company.

Originally gave a good review as it was easy yo use BUT this was before I checked my payment receipt. Room price was quoted $A149.00 per night (2 nights booked) charged in American dollars AND charged a $US 72.19 fee which meant in total I paid $A414. I was not impressed and still looking at how I can warn any future users of this site. 😡😡

Same as everyone else unfortunately. Thought I was booking through booking.com price £140 which I authorised and they took £218 unable to contact anyone on the number it goes dead no reply to emails. A booking has been made in my name but the company have not made the payment to the hotel! Anyone could fall for this scam it looked just like booking.com who don't know anything about the booking

This site is a scam. They charged a huge tax on top of the booking with no authorization from me. Then debited a second huge amount from my card. Tried calling their helpline and it cuts you off . Complete scam

Minus score. Booked for a hotel advertised as £116 went to payment with that price. They debited £186.00. Message 3 times and then message on Facebook an emailed. Will contact my bank now as fraudulent. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I don't even know if I've got a legitimate booking now and way over priced
