Restore Datashred Reviews

Really great service from Shamsul. We called last week, said what we needed, the bags were received really quickly and collected today! Stress free and good value. Would highly recommend.

We recently used Retore Datashred and they gave a great service. Special shout out to Duncan who came and collected the bags, he was fantastic and made the whole process stress free!

Made a call on Thursday afternoon, explained what quantities we required shredding, Richard Jones managed to make it work and lorry was on site Friday morning 9am!
Scott on site was pleasant and very efficient, job done very quickly. Very acceptable rates also.
Thank you it was really appreciated.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Restore Datashred again.

Your visit to collect my documents for shredding was easy to arrange, everyone was helpful and efficient and very pleasant to talk to, and the final collection was on time and very speedy. Altogether a very smooth operation, thank you.

Fast, efficient, friendly, professional service from initial contact to collection of waste

Confidential Shredding - smooth process, empty bags delivered and then full bags collected. Would highly recommend this company and we will definitely be using them again.

Great Service all round.
Good Customer Service by Alicia.
The whole experience from ordering the Van for Shredding our Documents to the Van arriving to actually do the Shredding on the Day we were given absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Excellent service, lots of contact to make sure everything was on time and right for us. Philip collected the boxes, very efficient and very pleasant, office contact was Shamsul, again, no issues or complaints. Will use this company again, very highly recommended.
My collection was taken by Datashred in Bedwas, Caerphilly.

Great service, smooth contract process and comms from sales, great driver and kept updated well at all times during delivery.
Easy to recommend!

Very fast and helpful. Kept me updated and dealt with my company efficiently. Well done, Shamsull. The driver that came to shred the documents was very professional as well

Shamshull dealt with me promptly and efficiently. Am very happy with the service I received.

Due to business expansion we have decided to centralise the use of one business to collect all confidential waste from all 3 of our regional offices - we tried to give notice on our contract orig. signed in 2019 and was told as we have missed the renewal date SO we now are locked into an automatic 1 year extension !!
HOW IS THAT ALLOWED .... this company has even changed its name since !! So much for being a loyal long standing customer !!

Fiona and her team are periodically in touch with us to check on our needs. When we have a load for shredding it is easy to arrange with them. Working in financial services we require confidentiality and certainty that shredding has occurred. We hurt that all from Restore DataShred!

Everything went very smoothly with our bulk shredding exercise of 97 bags!
The staff were super helpful and we received an excellent service.

Fast, secure, assured process! Good price and ideal for one off collections from our home. Would definitely use again.

I have now used this company twice at my home address, and on both occasions they have arrived on time, been absolutely friendly and professional.
I would strongly recommend you use this company.

Our office made enquiries with Jacob Jupe of Restore as we have some major strip outs coming up, some of the sites are straight forward with site access and some more complex. Thank you Jacob for your advice and assisting us with the logistic matters. We were all very impressed and David our Ops director was particularly appreciative of your help with these projects and is actually looking to working with you upon confirmation of starting dates.
