Jacob was amazing and knowledgeable. However I was surprised to learn that it’s now going to cost me 500.00 ( rounded up) for you to do the paperwork after being told that once the initial payment when I started in 2020 I would not be charged for anything else. It would of been nice to be notified of that change.

Very good experience overall

I was skeptical at first, but they delivered as promised. My loans had been hanging over my head for a long time, and honestly, I was intimidated about doing it myself, so this worked out perfectly. The representatives are efficient and cordial.My experience was quite good .The only criticism I might have is I wish that texts would have been given from the beginning as an option for communicating, I personally find it easier to catch notices that way, but I realize that is a personal preference.

The transaction was a renewal and went seamlessly. I had the information Jacob needed and I was able complete the process in minutes after I reached a computer. Jacob provided answers to all.my questions allowing us to complete the two cslls without delay.
