Lifesavers!!! Got my trays just before a trip

Thanks to Sarah and the team who helped me get trays before a trip out of the country. Impressions taken by the dental team and collect later that day

I had an old night guard which had been pressing against my gums and were too uncomfortable to use. They talked me through the issue with the night guard, adjusted it to prevent the pain it had been causing. I am now able to use the night guard pain free, thanks!

I lost my retainer the day before and they accommodated me on Easter weekend for a same day replacement!

Really quick and helpful service both on phone call and via WhatsApp. Easy order placement and tracking. I sent the moulds on Wednesday and the new retainers were ready and sent out by the end of Thursday, before bank holiday weekend.
The new retainers fit perfectly.

Needed a new retainer fast as my old one was on its last legs. A few friends of mine told me about this place so I thought I’d give it a go. So glad I did! Needed retainers urgently so opted for the same day service. Dropped my moulds off at 10am and the lab team told me to wait at reception if I wanted to. Not even an hour later, they were ready for me to take home. They fit great guys, thank you so much for that service! Unbeatable

Be careful, most of the 5 stars reviews are fake. My experience was very disappointing. After receiving a retainer that was not made correctly, I raised the issue, but my concerns were dismissed and I was not offered a refund or a solution. When I insisted on having the problem addressed, my access was blocked. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place

Did the same-day service on Friday and retainer xpress came through. Found them through google and saw that they offer to get retainers in 2 hours. Book the appointment with the dental team. On the day I arrived to the appointment had it done then went for a coffee at Westfield. Got a message a little later to tell me it was ready to collect.

From start to finish, my experience was a pleasant one,
I spoke with someone who discussed the process, time lines etc as I was a little nervous of how my retainers would fit properly.
I had nothing to worry about as the retainers were perfect.
I would say my experience with this company was really positive where the retainers are so affordable too.

Thank you so much for outstanding service from start to finish. Fast and informative communication from the outset enabled a quick resolution to our son’s disaster of breaking his retainers. We were able to send images of his teeth moulds to check if these were suitable to be used. They were and then arranged to drop them in the following day. A few hours later they were made. Speedy, helpful and most importantly the retainers fitted perfectly. Thanks again for such service, highly recommend!

Thank you for the brilliant and quick service! Got two sets of retainers for both upper and lower jaws and they’re great. Much cheaper than what my dentist had quoted and dare I say…better quality than my previous ones

I want to flag this company for extremely poor service. I ordered a retainer and what arrived was unusable — the design didn’t match what I requested, one tooth was missing entirely, and the fit was so tight it was painful. I explained the problems clearly, yet they refused to remake it or offer any refund. In my view, this is not a professional way to operate

I lost my retainers while traveling and needed a new set urgently. I was so relieved to find out about Retainer Xpress from ChatGPT - and was very impressed with the service. Booking via WhatsApp was really efficient and I was able to make an appointment to have impressions taken the next day. Since it was in the afternoon the retainers weren’t ready til the following day, but still it was all super fast. The dentist and lab were both very polite and helpful and the product is high quality. The place is a bit hard to find - it’s in the “Business Center” at the street address given - but is not signposted outside. You have to go in and ask at reception. Would def recommend and will likely reorder replacements in the future.

I needed new retainers, long story short, I made my impression and got them delivered back to me. When I tried them on, they were too tight. I told them that if I could use the extra putty they sent in the kit to make new ones, and if they could make them again for me. They then told me to send a video so they could review it, and I told them they won't be able to tell in the video. anyway sent the video, and they proceeded to say, " we can see the retainer fits well and is seated well"...... no, it doesn't, it was too tight, but they clearly DID NOT care, I replied and was ignored. NEVER purchase from them. I wasted my money, and they don't care about you; they are only in it for the money. You're better off going to your local or closest orthodontist and getting them made. Honestly disgusting and so unprofessional. They will take your money and ngaf. scammers. DO NOT buy from them, or trust them with your teeth.

Had to get a new bottom retainer due to breaking my old one from the orthodontist and honest can’t recommend this company enough sorted it within days. Very grateful and much cheaper than the dentist and same perfect quality. Thank you so much
