This is a scam. Retro 1999 said my order was delivered and signed for, but I never received anything. They don’t reply to emails and don’t have a phone number, so there is no way to contact them. I would not recommend them—avoid.

I have ordered a jersey for this website on march 4 and it has not came yet now it have been about to be more then a week i hope it arrives

I recently placed an order for a 1999/00 AS Roma shirt and had a good experience. I placed the order on July 1st and after 7 days I asked for updates and they gave me a tracking code that didn't work, and after another 7 days they replied saying I had to use a Chinese courier. The shirt arrived on July 14th. Nothing to complain about the quality of the shirt. Customer service is a little slow.

I really like the jersey that I got from Retro. The material feels great, the designs look awesome, and the fit is super comfortable.
Definitely recommend ordering.

I’ve bought from retro1999 multiple times and I’ve gotta say I’m very satisfied with every jersey I wear them all the time and not only that they’re very helpful whenever you have any questions not a lot of companies do that really A1 customer service and products !

I bought a couple of shirts from this site, they always arrived in excellent condition, with reasonable shipping times, considering I live in another country. I highly recommend them.

Shameful. I placed my order on July 9th and, to this day, it still hasn’t arrived. Not a single update or solution, and I’m always the one who has to chase them for information. At first, they even gave me the wrong courier and expected me to call them to ask about my order, when the tracking number wasn’t even valid in their system. They don’t bother to check anything. I requested a refund, but they kept insisting I should wait for them to solve the problem — even though a month had already passed since I placed the order. As of today, I have neither received my order nor my refund. Nonexistent customer service and terrible management. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 3 jerseys from here. They take awhile to arrive but definitely worth the wait. The quality is unreal. Very happy with my purchase, will be ordering again.

I bought 3 Jerseys from Retro and I am beyond happy with my purchase. Not only am I very impressed with the quality of the jerseys but the customer service as well. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and when I reached out to the company for assistance they were very quick to respond and resolved the issue very quick as well. I would heavily recommend shopping with them 10/10.

Okay hear me out, best jersey quality here! I ordered a ronaldo jersey and it was more than fantastic. It might take some time to arrive to you but its worth the wait. I would definitely be ordering more jerseys and you can order too. Fantastic service on the site too!
