The owner trades unethically on Ebay under different names, to sell through this company, Retro Gadgets. He bought one of my products on eBay, (a pristine iPod) and then decided to cancel after 24 hours when it was too late as I ahd already posted it. A week later he requested to return with some flimsy excuse that the iPod was a different model. It was not and it was pristine.
eBay resolved against him but unfortunately PayPal did not refuse his return/refund request so I was left out of pocket.

In the early spring, I ordered three wireless cameras. The shipping time was supposed to be 3-5 days. But with COVID, I wasn't particularly concerned when the order failed to arrive.

Last week, I got a message from the Danish postal authorities that my order was now in the Netherlands (shipped from China). I got a tracking number. Late last week, the package arrived, but with only TWO of the three cameras I had ordered.

17 emails to "Grace" at Retrogadgets produced absolutely nothing. She kept sending me information from a shipper I have never heard of that said the order had been delivered in April. Er...NO.

Grace also wanted pictures of the products I received, the packaging, etc. I sent her all of these. But, my "30-day warranty" was expired so there was nothing she could (or would) do.

PLEASE DON'T order anything from this company. They are cheats and swindlers.

I purchased 3 small men on November 8, 2019. I returned it since it would be too difficult for a 10 yr old to play with. I have been in communication with them 7 times already. I was presented with a photo shot of a supposed refund that was made. I’ve been to the credit union to see if it was received and it was NOT. I’m still trying to get my $39.99 refunded. This is a horrible company to do business with. My next step is the Attorney General of Michigan. I’m fed up with the run around

I never received my order. They took my money and never sent me anything. I emailed three times and always told it's coming. NOT. Do not order from this place...they are a SCAM

Bunch of scammers! Ordered toy for Xmas gift in early November, finally got in mid January in spite of me asking to cancel since it clearly would nor arrive in time for Christmas in spite of they online order stating otherwise! I paid to ship these back, they have them and still haven't refunded my money!!

Incompetent. Don’t waste your time or money.

They are selling junk and adverting of products is false. Never got my money back.

What a RIP OFF! Ordered the splat pigs as a gag gift. They arrived months later and the smell was so toxic I had to throw them away immediately. They didn't splat - what a waste of money!

I ordered three of the wooden stubborn man and they were missing the small stoppers (which you cannot use the product without them). I received a response stating “sorry you only have 30 days to make any requests. Very disappointing since we can’t use the product without these small pieces.

I can't review the product I ordered from Retrogadgets as I have not received it yet. I ordered multiple decompression Splat toys that were advertised on Facebook. I placed the order on Nov 20 2019 hoping to give these as Christmas gifts. It is Jan 24, 2020 and I have not received the product. I received a tracking email on Nov 28, 2019. I have not tried to communicate with Retrogadgets based on the reviews. No other communication since the tracking email on Nov 28. The last posted date on the tracking is Dec 31 2019 and it says "Processed Through Facility" in New York by USPS. They charged my credit card for the order on Nov 20 2019.

I bought 3 stubborn men and it was not for a 3 & 4 year old. Slight of hand with a string behind the ear. I have asked Retro Gadgets - Best Selling Dealz - Browze - and Trending Deals for my money back and all these names have responded with vague responses. So it is a Scam. Retro is on Amazon??? No phone number. Stay away. They are flooding every site with their
products. I want to return these and get my money back as it said

IT TOOK A LONG TIME BUT I DID GET MY. MONEY BACK. THEY DO HAVE A LOT OF ITEMS THEY ARE SELLING THAT ARE USEFUL

Terrible service and junk product. Took 26 days to arrive and was late for Christmas. Contacted customer service....crickets. Don't waste your money like I did. :/

Hey look....they had huge numbers of orders for their flying saucer drone LIFO. They got behind on manufacturing and/or shipping. But hang in there, they will arrive eventually....mine did today. And it a really great product. They did miss Christmas...that's the reason for only 3 stars, and their tracking is useless even if I did speak Chinese. But patience is rewarded in the end many of these terrible reviews should be rewritten. Its bad to punish success.

Have been waiting nearly 2 months on my order. Tracking info is a joke. No way to contact them; every effort is ignored. Placed order after seeing the product on Facebook. I am shocked that Facebook would allow them to advertise on their platform. DO NOT buy from them. The worst customer service I have experienced ever!!!

I placed an order a month ago. Did not receive, but my money was taken from my account. I have reached out many times to locate my order and keep getting emails that apologise but give no answer. I cannot find a working number or address to reach out in those ways. I believe I have been scammed and will never see my order or get my money back.
Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company.
Absolutely horrible

Il est temps que FB fasse du ménage dans les annonces de ce genre d'entreprise de mrd. Incroyable qu'ils permettent à ces entreprises d'annoncer leur mrd sur leur site, c'est totalement irresponsable. Retrogadget plus jamais je n'achèterai d'eux, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande de 12 novembre dernier. J'ai dû acheter d'autres cadeaux de dernière minutes à mes petits enfants.

This order took too much time to receive. Did not know of the time needed or I would not have ordered the Mini UFO Drone in late Feb, for a Christmas present for my grandson! It finally arrived on Dec 26. He is 8 and I hope it is not to difficult to operate. Now I must mail it late to AZ.
It is an interesting toy.

Retro Gadgets. Very poor service. I ordered a Christmas gift in November. It still has not arrived on Christmas Eve. The tracking service is ridiculous as it gives no indication where the item is and how long it will take to arrive. I will never deal with this company gain. Avoid it! Terry Malone

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
1. Product never came and it’s been a month. I missed giving the product at the the event the gift was for, due to this.
2. As soon as I started complaining on email about wanting a refund due to unacceptable me time it’s taking, all return communication has STOPPED.
3. Based on other reviews, returns are not going to be a solution.
4. Again, DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY. They are in China and I guess the customer doesn’t mean squat there. Shameful.
