UPDATE: They responded and hopefully I'll have my order soon. They kindly refunded me, which was appreciated as this was my son's bday gift and his birthday is now passed. 3 stars because I haven't received the product yet.

Awful. Placed an order and have received it. I've reached out and no response. I got a tracking number but it only shows a label was made and hasn't been picked up. They dont respond to emails. Don't place an orde with them, they take the $ immediately but dont send you the product.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality items and a safe buying experience. Although I initially faced a delivery issue where my package was stolen, the customer service team was incredible. They are very attentive, respond extremely quickly, and stayed with me every step of the way until the situation was resolved.
The items arrived today and the quality is amazing—it's clear they take pride in what they sell. It is very refreshing to find a company that actually cares about its customers and ensures you are taken care of no matter what. I will definitely be ordering again!

Great quality and great customer service! I reached out to them on Instagram and they literally answered every question that I had. My jersey came in today and it did not disappoint. I tend to be between a large and extra large but, my talking it out with them i ended up getting a large and it fit just right. I see many more purchases in my future.

I was scared to be scam, but turns out great. Bought 3 jerseys for Christmas and one more for my self after . They all look awesome !!

Shipping screwed up my order. A free replacement was sent no questions asked. Customer service is extremely fast and the white Vaughn jersey is quality. Highly recommend.

Retro Locker truly earned this one!

I purchased two Indians Throwback Satin Bomber jackets — one for myself and one for my father. He owned the original back in the day, and I’d inherited it during my younger years before it was eventually lost. When I saw Retro Locker was offering a recreation, I jumped on it immediately.

The jackets were beyond impressive. The authenticity, the feel, the stitching, the colors everything was exactly right. My father absolutely loved his, and it brought back real nostalgia for both of us.

Retro Locker makes a great product and stands behind it. Companies like this deserve recognition.

I ordered a jersey and it was mailed to a different state. The usps tracking showed it was returned to the post office and had no postage on it. They said it would become property of the post office if the postage wasn't paid. I contacted RetroLocker numerous times about this and I just keep getting the same reply...just be patient. Today has been a month since I ordered it. I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company. My request for a phone number to contact someone about this was ignored by RetroLocker customer service. The irony of this is that they charged me a delivery insurance fee when I ordered the jersey.
P.S. on Oct 7 the USPS notified me that the jersey has been seized for a counterfeit postage label.

Was a bit Leary about ordering on line but all looked legit and the reviews were fantastic the communication with fast courteous and reassuring so I took a leap and ordered the jersey. But before hitting buy now I saw the tribe upgrade and decided if I’m gonna pull the trigger I might aswell go all in.

I have a few jerseys from Retro Locker. They're all very high quality and arrived quickly. It can be a bit of a leap of faith ordering online but they really delivered. Would absolutely not hesitate to order again.
