Really awful customer service. My straighteners stopped working after 12 months so couldn't return to store but had a 2 year warranty with Revamp. Contacted them on 27 January 2026 and it's now 17 March 2026 and issue isn't resolved. I have had to send many emails and each time they take up to 5 days to respond. After I paid for postage to return the product they have said they can't ship replacements to northern Ireland and I am now being told it will be another 7 days for a refund even though all required payment details were provided over a week ago. Do not recommend

Cordless auto curlers brand new for the salon they do not hold the charge. £90 on something that holds charge for 10 mins. These aren’t fit for purpose you cannot curl your hair as battery runs out. They also chew up the hair quite often and have to keep redoing it.

These are clearly faulty. Not worth the waste of your time to buy and return. Nothing like they are shown to work like and I am a hairdresser. I have had many tools and this is one of the most useless. Have contacted customer service

Hair dryer styler worked for 8 months before going wrong.
Customer service was abysmal. Every response took around 5 days. Each email repeated questions which I had answered in previous emails. After a month I was still no closer to solving the issue.
I went to the store I brought the product from (boots) and the product was returned and was given a voucher to cover the cost of replacement.
I decided to go with another brand as the customer service experience was disgusting despite the product being good until it failed. .

First delivery was lost in transit.
Had to wait 7 working days before customer services would act.
Replacement was delivered quickly.

I have a cordless straightener And looking at web site should have a three year guarantee. The charger stopped working. Asked for replacement and told to purchase a new one. Tried but out of stock so rendered my straighteners useless. Wont be buying this product again.

Lovely heated hair brush, very good quality, delivery was slow as ordered next day but took several, saying that they are looking into why it took so long, but otherwise very happy

I paid for express, next day delivery to take away on a break, only arrived after 72 hours. Not had chance to use the straighteners yet as a result.

Great hair straighteners, however they have broken after only 2 years and one side of the plates does not heat up. I have contacted them but they are only offering a percentage off another pair. Told me to replace the fuse and ensure it's a 3A however upon opening the plug it is a 13A fuse which has been in from manufacture so not only is this a fire hazard it's probably what has caused the fault. I would not buy these again if they only last 2 years. They're supposed to have a 3 year warranty however I am told I am lying about the date I purchased them even though I know when they were purchased and their batch code date clearly isn't accurate. I will buy from another company from now on. So beware when spending lots on these straighteners they are not likely to last very long. They have not been used much either - maybe once or twice a week at most. Other straighteners I've had have lasted way over 5 years so these are obviously not well made or good quality.

Ordered a product, paying extra for next working day delivery a week ago. No product, no refund, no response to any contact I've made. I'm escalating this to Trading Standards. Absolutely terrible company! Avoid them like the plague!
