I know a lot of attention and effort gets put into the promotional videos at Revel, however the Real Superstar is Matt in after sales/customer care!!! When a family invests thousands of $ for health and wellness at home it can be daunting, however this gentleman has been wonderful, never left us, always accessible and we never had a worry of not been taken care of!
When business reputation is everything these days, the people are your biggest asset and Matt we really Thankyou for your help! We look forward to referring friends and family towards the Revel brand.

I have not had a great experience, delivery and communication over the Christmas New years is terrible and am still yet to receive a sauna.

The whole experience was amazing! Corey sorted everything out from picking the right sauna to delivery and installation and helped with all the questions I had. The team for installation was fast and tidy.
5 stars all around.

I found Revel easy to deal with. Corey was helpful in answering all of my questions about the type of sauna we should get. We have now had our one-person full spectrum infrared sauna for a couple of months and honestly, we use it most days of the week. I was advised by my GP and a dietitian to have saunas 3-4 times per week to detox so it was a no-brainer to buy one rather than pay $50-$60 per session at the sauna place up the road.

We have been looking at purchasing an outdoor sauna for some time and have been disappointed with what is on the market for the price. We ordered an outdoor Revel Solaris Sauna and the sales team at Revel were quick to be in touch to offer free delivery and a discount on top. Our order arrived to Perth in about 3 days and my partner and I built the sauna over a weekend. The instructions were easy to follow and everything fit together perfectly. We had a couple of questions when building, which were answered promptly. Overall, we are so happy with the quality of the sauna and we could not recommend Revel highly enough. Since having the sauna up and running, we have been using daily, its a game changer. If you have been thinking about buying a sauna, choose this company, they were honestly amazing! PS. I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case felt it was necessary. I give them 20 out of 5 stars!

Great sales service (Corey) and after sales service (Matthew) after we installed traditional sauna, we had LED lights cease momentary, that needed replacement transformer and all dealt with perfectly with spare parts and Service Team.

Beautiful product we are so happy with it , service has been perfect.

I recently purchased a one-person Finnish sauna, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made! The build quality is excellent, and it heats up perfectly every time.

Great value for money—I would highly recommend it.
It’s also reassuring to see that the other positive reviews were spot on!

I think the product is very fairly priced, and manufactured at a good level. I do think the packaging should be consolidated into smaller, less heavy boxes. There is no safe way for the delivery operators to move some of the boxes by hand at their destination and it looked very dangerous.
What really has set this apart though is the excellent support we have received by the harvia heater technician. He has made two visits, one for a repair and once to fix a wiring mistake made by the installing electrician. Always fast and very knowledgeable. It has been the very best of customer experiences. Thankyou.

I’ve had my sauna for a few months now, and I love the convenience of having it at home. Especially during the colder months, it’s great not having to travel to a recovery centre or gym to use one. It’s given me valuable time back and the freedom to recover whenever I need. From ordering to delivery everything went smoothly! Thanks team

Delivered on time and the Sauna is easy to put together. The whole family is loving it and personally I have never slept better since taking regular saunas.

I love our Aurora sauna from Revel Saunas. It’s solidly built, heats quickly, and helps me wind down at the end of the day. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the quality is exactly as promised.

8 person barrel Sauna: Sauna door warped, numerous gaps have appeared, hard to get sauna hot enough.

Ice bath: Stopped working after around 2 months of use. Tried for many hours to get the chiller to work again - wasn't successful. Contacted Revel - they said this is 'Normal' and sent an essay on how to get it working. None of that worked. $8,500 purchase wasted.

Its heats up fast, two persons is great size for one person to put their feet up and the back rest is super comfortable to lean on against the side of the sauna. it also comfortably fits two people! It heats up quickly and is absolutely gorgeous to look at!! absolutely love it and have been using it every day!!! perfect size for our home and very easy to put together!! Delivery was super quick and easy!!

Sauna works great, ice bath had compressor issues which were rectified quickly a new unit was sent out quickly. Consider organising your own freight as winning services freight (who revel use) would get negative stars.
