I originally spoke with a couple other companies that were pushing very cheap “rapid” cost segregation reports. At first it sounded appealing, but those reports weren’t signed by an engineer and didn’t use a true component-based method. It felt like they were just trying to sell a quick report.

We have a property in California where we added both an ADU and a Jr. ADU, so it was important to me that the study was thorough. RevenueSafe explained the difference in their approach and delivered a fully engineered study that was much more detailed than what other companies were offering. All the other companies felt like salespeople trying to get me to sign up where instead here it felt they relied on the platform to show me the savings. Actually insane how no one approached cost segregation like this before. I love that they show you much you can depreciate, how much this will mean in tax savings, and then deliver the study in less than a month. Cost segregation is always made out to be this crazy thing but RevenueSafe makes it simple.

Tax planning always scared me because there's so many people out on social media pushing a bunch of gargbage. I spent years trying to find someone who seriosly understands taxes and focuses on real estate and cost segragations. RevenueSafe with out a doubt is the right fit for me because I own multiple business and 14+ rental properties and most other firms can't handle this level of complexity or nuance.

I am so happy that I no longer rely on my CPA for tax advisory. It's not he was a bad CPA - it's just that he simply did not think about proactive tax strategies nor did he understand how to leverage my real estate to offset my active income.
