Do not buys sent item back for refund and they haven’t refunded me

My son is trying to return a tracksuit. There is no phone number or instant messaging and we have emailed 3 times and no reply. It states 1 5 day return period and to email first before you return but nothing. We will be going through the chargeback process as my son has paid good money for a product that doesn't fit and he doesn't like

Returned an unwanted gift after Christmas. Tracking number shows delivered to them. No refund. No answer to emails.

I ordered a tracksuit on the 14/01/2026 and the company said they have shipped the item to Royal Mail and sent a tracking number. It’s been well over 2 weeks and Royal Mail have yet to received the item into their system even though the company stated they have dispatched the item. I have tried to contact them via email and social media which they are ignoring my messages and not responding. After this I decided to go onto trust pilot to see the reviews to see that they have loads of 1 star reviews with multiple people have stated they have ordered items from this business and have yet to receive the items and have been ignored by the company in which they had to make a dispute with their bank to get their money back. It seems that this is a reoccurring thing with this business and to be honest it’s a complete scam. Since they are unresponsive and not shipping my item out I now have to make a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

I ordered a tracksuit December 13th 2025. Its now 7th January 2026. Not heard anything from RVR Reverence Clothing. I've emailed them through every advised email address and not received a reply. Customer Service is non existent.
Don't waste your time with this business.

I placed an order with Reverence Clothing on November 5th, and as of November 24th, I still have not received any shipping updates, tracking information, or details about whether my order has even been shipped. My shipping number is ORVR00251315, but it hasn’t shown any activity or confirmation.

I’ve sent four emails with absolutely no response. I also reached out through Instagram and TikTok. On TikTok, they replied a few days ago and told me my order would be sent “tomorrow,” which would have been Wednesday, but it’s still not shipped. No updates, no tracking, nothing.

It’s now been over two weeks, almost three, and I’m completely in the dark about my order. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing. I wanted to support the brand, but this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Until they improve their customer service and follow-through, I can’t recommend Reverence Clothing based on what I’ve gone through.

Item arrived and didn’t fit my son, emailed plenty of times to get a refund, didn’t get one reply. It says tags have to be attached to send back-there was never any tags when it arrived, looks cheap

Ordered last month still no update no communication, I want a refund back asap ! Emailed and dm on social no response . Terrible! Not ordering again

Total rip off company. My son spent £85 of his birthday money, clothes arrived but were too big, followed the instructions for a refund but never heard from them again. Buyers beware, I would definitely NOT recommend

Took my sons money £100 never sent any clothes, emailed them multiple times and no response. They should be ashamed of themselves taking money from a young person who worked hard for their money. Disgusting

Scam website. Refrain from buying. Ordered a prolonged period of time ago yet no communication of my product being shipped. I highly doubt I will ever receive my order.

i told them i wanted to cancel my order they communicated well and did it as soon as i asked with no delays and gave me a full refund

I ordered a tracksuit on April 18th, and as of May 19th, I still haven’t received anything. Despite several emails where I mentioned I would consider raising a dispute with my bank, the company responded saying the item would be dispatched on Friday or Saturday. However, I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information, even after following up again. I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this has been an unpleasant experience. I want to share my experience to warn others. Poor communication, broken promises, and no delivery after a month is simply unacceptable. Hopefully this company gets shut down by scamming people.

I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present. The logo on the front started to peel off on the first wear. I contacted the company & asked for an exchange, they asked me to post back & they would refund the postage & then send a new item. I did this, & kept my proof of posting. However, 7 weeks later & having chased them I have no hoodie, and I am out of pocket for the postage too.
I strongly suspect the items they sell are cheap fakes & certainly overpriced, poor quality. The company are dishonest thieves & I would AVOID!!!

Ordered a full tracksuit and it never arrived emailed 23 times and had no response,would have just been nice to get a reply. There is no phone number or costumer service you can call. you just spend your money and hope it turns up really liked the look of the clothes but no good if you can’t tell anyone your having trouble or it not even turning up

I ordered a hoodie on the 12/12/2024 there was a minor delay as it had arrived a day after the expected and set date but the owner was very helpful and communication was on point, there was not a time I was in doubt of my clothes arriving as there was constant reassurance. very helpful. would of been 5 stars If it arrived on time however the service was still on point

Terrible company. The hoodie eventually arrived after numerous weeks and ignored emails. He’s wore it once then the label on the front is now hanging off. Emailed another 3 times and had zero response. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Placed order in November. Still not received. After many emails chasing was sent an email saying it had been sent, tracking info doesn't work. This is a scam. Do not order!

Order placed on first week of December. No updating about delivery and not responding to enquiries. Poor customer service. Don’t buy anything from them.

I ordered a track suit from this company on 13/12/2024 as a Christmas present. The item did not arrive. To date they have not responded to any of my e mails there has been no update and the item has not arrived. There is no customer telephone contact number and seems no other point of contact. As with all the other reviews I am not impressed with the customer service.
