My THANKS to Bob Urbanovitch for his prompt responses to my many questions via email.
His answers were brief, to the point and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my CHIP mortgage with HomeEquity Bank approved. Also, a commendation to Mich Snedden for his videos and published guides in helping us retirees to understand HOW we can benefit from tapping into the equity of our home.
I am now able to live more comfortably with no mortgage payment!

Even though my partner and I did not…
Even though my partner and I did not proceed with a reverse mortgage at this time, we feel fully informed and comfrotable to proceed with one in the near future after other assets have been dissolved. I cant thank you enough Mitch for sharing your extensive knowlegde on the process and the different types available. I feel you have not only helped us but are likley helping many others through this important financial decision.
