Revitalash recently had a spring sale. The headline in the email I got, stated "SAVE 25% SITEWIDE". I went online to order the lash and brow set and used the discount code that they quoted but there was no discount applied. I phoned them and was told that the discount didn't apply to "sets." So NOT sitewide then!! They directed me to the small print (actually minute print) but my point is that the headline which screams "save 25% sitewide" is at best misleading. I consider it sharp practice.

I have pointed this out to Revitalash, but they have ignored me. I won't be ordering from them again.

Wow if u will try to give them one star the page wont support you and they want an honest review so here it is: i heard the hype and ordered it and wait for 4 weeks to get the results but trust me or not its up to you this product is as same as normal and cheaper lash serums becuz they do not work either. Do not waste your hard earn money only becuz u heard some fancy reviews those are actually paid and fake . It is not a magical product but just a fancy hope which wont work at all.

The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful. i wish there wasn't completely unnecessary plastic around the box they come in, and that there were larger sizes and sustainable refills.

REVITALASH doesn't work anymore. I’m not sure what they have done, if they have changed their formula or simply used a “cheaper” version instead, but the eyelashes serum has changed.

I used this product years ago when it 1st came out, it was Amazing then! Within 6 weeks my lashes had definitely improved, they became long and thick. I had so many comments. I was very impressed by the quality of the product.
I bought it again over the years. Until I bought the same eyelashes serum recently and after 7 weeks NO CHANGE what so ever. Not only it has become so expensive but it simply doesn’t work anymore.
I know how to use the product too. I have used it for several years.
The company should read all these comments and make a note.
I am NOT buying their products anymore. At a steep £120 per tube. It simply is NOT WORTH IT.

The revitalish serum is expensive BUT it came recommended and, though sceptical, I thought I'd take a gamble as it came in a gift box with a mascara and 1) I have to say that the mascara (double-ended, primer on one side) is the best I have ever had and going forward, this is the one I will buy. Now to the serum. I've done it religiously every night for a couple of months (the first tube is still going strong btw) and when you go for a facial and the therapist is trying to take off your mascara thinking you are wearing it, that says everything. I am almost 62 and my eyelashes are incredible. They have lengthened and thickened I absolutely did not think it would work as well as it has (or indeed at all) but I've gone back and bought another and then invested in the eyebrow serum hoping it does the same job. Maybe it doesn't work for everyone but it absolutely has done for me. I wish I could post a photo to prove it - my eyelashes look false. I am absolutely delighted with this product

Unfortunately as others have said, this serum simply doesn't work. I used it every night until the tube was empty and saw no difference. I would go so far as to say the condition of my lashes is worse. Don't waste your money.

I absolutely love the product it definitely works 100% thicker eyebrows the only downfall is paying £69 for 2 weeks worth of product is why I wouldn’t buy it again. After 2 weeks there was no more product left and I cannot afford to pay that every 2 weeks was very disappointed x

this was recommended by a girl at SpaceNK. It didn’t work at all and just made my upper eyelid darker :-(

What has happened to revitilash. I ordered a couple years ago and it was amazing 🤩. But the new one I ordered does O I'm so disappointed

I used Revitalash for my eyelashes a few years ago, and it always worked. I ordered the last three times( and my mother and sister) in 2024 and 2025, and I didn't notice any positive changes. My eyelashes just became drier and some broke. I think they changed the formula, and it stopped working.

I’m really confused with some of the bad reviews as for myself, this product is amazing! Again, I can only speak for myself but it really works! I’ve been using this product for over three years now and would always repurchase.
What I will say though, when I first used this product it was a miracle! My eyelashes were super long and almost looked scary ..or at least unnatural because they were so abnormally long. However this effect does not last. This result probably only lasted for a few months. My lashes are still long but not as long as they first were. Personally, I prefer this as I was tired of people asking me if I was wearing false lashes. Now my lashes just look naturally long but don’t raise eyebrows.
I think it comes down to expectations, if you have short eyelashes to start off with, you’re most probably not going to see inch long lashes from this product as it’s not a miracle worker. However, it definitely works if you use it CORRECTLY. This isn’t a “oh I forgot to put in on for 3 days” kind of product, you have to be religious with applying it. Everyday!

Eventually arrived in non branded packaging, in a Jiffy bag labelled from china and the magnets on the lashes are very clearly visible.
Dont bother.

I have thyroid issues and had a lot of lash loss. I also get Russian lashes which weaken your lash. My lash technician recommended revitalash as a last resort before giving up lash extensions. My lashes are much stronger and longer now, massive difference. It is not cheap but it is worth it! I highly recommend it

I've been using this product for about 2 mths on lashes and eyebrows every night and day with zero noticeable difference. Very disappointed 😔

I am surprised on how many have said it didn’t work for them! I have been using Revitalash for the last two years and only had great lashes as a result! I had friends who are now using it too from seeing how my lashes have grown and kept their length. It does work for me to great results! You must use it regularly to see results.

It used to work but it doesn’t now. I started using this product years ago and yes, it definitely made a difference to my eyelashes back then and yes, people did comment on how long they were. However, I can honestly say this product has no effect on my lashes at all now and I have just ordered another product recommended in a woman’s magazine.
I really wouldn’t spend that kind of money. You can’t be guaranteed it will make any difference and you’ll only be disappointed.

As a first time customer - I’m extremely disappointed in RevitaLash’s handling of a serious issue with my recent order.

DHL falsely claimed that I changed my delivery address and time via a link sent to my phone. However, at the time they allege this happened, my phone was off and charging - it would have been impossible for me to make such changes. No email or notification was sent about the change, and I only discovered it after calling DHL’s premium rate number.

Worse still, DHL then claimed a delivery attempt was made and a card left - yet I have a video doorbell confirming no delivery attempt took place, and no card was received.

I raised this with RevitaLash, clearly explaining that I was concerned about a potential GDPR breach, impersonation, and delivery fraud (DHL said the responsibility didn’t lie with them and I had to raise it with the vendor) - Instead of addressing these serious concerns, they simply repeated DHL’s false claims back to me, ignored the context of my original email, and offered no real resolution, support, or investigation. No accountability, no reassurance, no clarity on where my order is, not even compensation offered.

This is an appalling customer experience - I expected much better. Even if the buck did lie with DHL at least acknowledge my request to raise a formal complaint and investigation. I've had to request a formal investigation a second time and will escalate this to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) due to the potential misuse of my personal data.

RevitaLash: take this seriously. A copy-paste reply from DHL is not customer service.

I was really looking forward to the results of advanced lash serum after the raving reviews! I've used many cheaper serums with hardly any results and with the high price tag and good reviews I was expecting to see a difference. I have been using the serum for five months consistently and followed the instructions to a T, unfortunately this hasn't made any difference to my eyelashes. I've been ripped off. £120 is a lot of money. I've seen better results from using cheaper serums with a little bit of length at least however with this serum haven't seen any results whatsoever. I've noticed it's caused darkening of my eyelids. Extremely disappointed!

I bought the revitalash eyelash serum on recommendation.
Applied every day for 8 weeks according to the instructions.
Result: no longer eyelashes, red edges on eyelids

The product is expensive, contains hormones, is a rip-off in my opinion and is useless.
