I never received anything just a email stating so sorry to hear that you haven’t received anything. If it is showed lost we will refund you your money. Well never received anything back from them or any patches. They are a scam for sure because now they blocked me and I can’t send them anything at all. I just wished people wouldn’t scam us hard working people. Beware everyone and do your research before you purchase anything.

I want to put it out there that this is a different company than our company. Our company name is ReviveMD CBD. We have received several calls and emails. I have added a disclaimer to our website and instagram. Our company does not sell GLP-1 Patches.

Ordered product June 3, 2025. Have not received as of July 23rd. Received email on June 6th saying product was waiting for carrier to pick up. Have tried contacting company through website. Have contacted my bank for refund of money spent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

No product since order on Jun 9 and no replies from "company" after many messages through contact on website. I have contacted my bank and I won't be charged but hopefully they can help put a stop to this money making scheme.
After notifying my bank yesterday i received a refund from revivemd today. this is abviously the way to go. Others had notified their banks and immediately got refunds.

Extremely poor - never received the product & never received a refund. Don’t trust this company.

Ordered a month ago and they charged me twice. I still have not received product nor can I connect to a person. Scammed.

Placed an order a month ago. Have been demanding a refund without success! They are “looking into” where it is; however the tracking shows it’s never shipped. Total scam, do not order. I’m out $69.

I would rate ZERO if it let you. Placed an order 6/9/25. Within 2 days received email book was shipped, working on rest of product. I had purchased 4 boxes of GLP-1 patches and free book. Send email never received book and where are the patches? No response. Sent another email with same concerns and added that I was beginning to feel that this was a scam and that i would report if it was. To my surprise they replies this is a SCAM. I have no words to say. I'm out over $100 which really hurts. BE WARNED DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered from them over a month ago and they haven’t shipped the product. I have reached out twice, to which they respond they are “looking into it.” Absolutely do NOT buy any product from them. They will take your money and send you nothing!

Today is July 7th I placed an order and was charged on June 2, 2025. I still have not received my merchandise despite reaching out to them over a dozen times. They gave me a bogus tracking number and they keep saying they will check with their warehouse.

As the order was placed through Shopify, I contacted them as well and they told me to contact the merchant. I’m not sure what recourse I have other than I am out a significant amount of money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 

Ordered after seeing weight loss patches from this company on FB. Placed the order on 6/15 and have not seen anything from them and today is 6/30/2025. Their business is listed as a house in Tennessee. No phone number, and the email addresses I've sent messages to go nowhere or into a garbage can. I tried to find their ad on FB and have no luck. They must block you once they get your $$. Reached out to my bank today to file a fraud claim. They have a 3rd party working with them called Shopify and I have sent 4 emails to them last week over 6 days. NO reply, no phone number. REVIDEMEDCOMWY is what showed up on my CC account. Also this other address REVIVEMD . When they wrote to me saying my order is on the way it came from this ReviveMD
Very frustrating. I have received nothing from them except a headache.
UPDATE: ON JUNE 30 I PLACED THE CLAIM OF FRAUD WITH MY BANK (BOA) AND ON JULY 1, 2025 I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM REVIVEMD "You have received a refund
Total amount refunded: $44.95 USD. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account."
Well imagine that huh? I think they are afraid of getting investigated. So lesson learned. I will never buy anything from Facebook again. Lesson 2, always contact your bank or whomever your credit card is from and give them the info asap.

Same as others. No way to contact anyone, and never received a thing. In fact, the company reordered more 2 weeks later. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. My bank refunded the money from both transactions

A month since the order, and no product. Have sent emails without any response

So ordered nearly month ago no product yet, tracking number provided does not have details of any delivery and emails either bounce back or go unanswered and no way to get your money back

Well…. I hope im wrong. But it seems like the same ol warning signs. Emails bounce back… shipping from china. The “contact info” keeps coming back failed.
