Total scam advertise service for $9.90 then charge $17.90 total rip off will never use again stay away from this dishonest company d received a totally false reply once again proving a sham and dodgy company there was no options just ordered a revs check only !! and no options for anything else and ripped me off stay clear unless you want to pay extra money to enrich there business shame on them

Hi Frank, we do offer REVS checks for $9.90, however you decided to search with additional options that cost a little more. These were clearly defined as additional costs in the checkout page and were clearly detailed on separate lines before the total, which was $17.90.
Paid for report which was not provided
I paid my money on credit card and no report was provided.
Beware of this company, this is the second time they have taken my money and not provided a service.
There is no way of contacting them.

Hi Gavin, we have no record of a recent transaction with the name Gavin Carpenter. We can also be easily contacted via the Contact page on our website, which is very easily found on the main menu, as you would expect. I can only assume you have us confused with another business.

Hi Matt, we have double-checked and the email we sent you did contain an attached certificate. Perhaps the email provider you are using has stripped the attachment for some reason. You also had the ability to download the certificate directly from our website. If you need us to send the certificate again, please get in touch with us.

We never claimed to provide records of accidents. We only provide write-off history, which is clearly stated on several sections of our website. It is not possible to provide information about all accidents because not all accidents are reportable.

Amazing service, got an instant full report for $7.90 on a car I was looking at buying. Turns out it had been written off twice with structural damage rendering it a lemon, all of which of course wasn’t communicated by the seller. Revs saved me a massive headache down the road. 10/10

Advertised as pay once then free updates for 7 days. Paid fee then when wanted update asked to pay full fee again. Turns out an update is being told there is a change to the document but not being told what the change is. I find this totally deceptive advertising. Free updates in every other situation I have experienced was that not ... Pay to see what the update is.

Did not proved me correct information!!!
Used this service which provided the information stating vehicle all cleared and registration expiring on 03/03/22.
I completed an updated search a few days later knowing the registration was paid 72 prior to the checks being completed and the results were the same, IT DID NOT GIVE UPDATED results as what we pay for.
I am not sure I can trust this service with the information it provides as it did not provide me updated information.

Hi Paul, our website quite clearly states (on both the home page and checkout page) that the updates only tell you when there has been a change to finance. This does not include changes to registration information. The finance updates are a free service, as our price has not increased since we introduced this feature. Also, most states already provide free updates to registration information. In your case, you can get free updates to the registration expiry date by going to the WA department of transport website. Please get in touch with us if you need the website link.

Our service allows you to search with the vehicle's registration number, which is not possible on the federal government's website. We also provide you with free updates and an easy to read summary of the vehicle report. Our website is also much faster, simpler to use and more mobile friendly than the federal government website. We offer refunds when your search does not match a vehicle. The federal government does not provide refunds under any circumstances. On top of that, we also provide 24/7 support and are happy to answer any questions you may have - again, this is something the federal government does not provide. Hi Ed, unfortunately the budget direct service is not as free as you might think. You have to hand over all of your personal details and then you are constantly targeted with spam as they try to get you to sign up to their insurance. Also, we have many features that are not available on the government website.
