So when I applied for the account via Steff Brown, who was very flexible, with a swift and speedy process. Steff was on the phone 24 hours a day if needed.

So when the account went live my account manager, Lisa Cooper took over from Steff. Lisa was very approachable from the start, Lisa is very quick to respond to any to anything needed such as drawdowns and queries.

In an era of faceless banking for SME's Reward have provided an essential service with direct management contact either by phone, email or indeed in person. Just short of a year into the relationship to which it will be one to flourish in the coming years.

I work in the leisure sector operating a nightclub. The covid pandemic closed my venue for 18 months, causing me to require a total financial restructuring of my business.

My high street bankers of the past 20 years were now running scared from the nightclub sector & lacked the vision to see the potential in my forward planning. I knew that despite the pandemic lockdown, there was still a bright future for my business, if the changes I needed to make could just be realised.

Had I had to stay with the restraints my original lenders were putting on me, my business of 30 years would have gone under. Instead, with Reward’s support, the exact opposite has happened.

My deal concluded last week & I’ve now quite literally gone from the depths of pandemic despair, to what is now the strongest financial position of my life.

I found Reward, professional, open, fair & most importantly, they had the vision to drill down on my ideas & see the potential that was there.

I cannot recommend Reward highly enough to small business owners. All of their staff are professional and yet also approachable - a pleasure to do business with. They are interested in getting to know your business and they are supportive of british SMEs who are looking to expand and diversify. Compared to some others in the marketplace of corporate finance Reward are a beacon in the twilight. I can recommend all of the staff at Reward but a special mention should go to Steph, Lisa, Claire, Paula & Alan who we deal with regularly. They even sent flowers when my darling Mum passed away - how amazing is that!

Facilities agreed recently for 2 clients, where others wouldn't.
