I emailed this company as I wanted to ask whether the order I wanted to put in for some dog nose and paw balm could be sent via Royal Mail rather than their usual courier company. Had a lovely reply back from Keith (the founder) who was really understanding and agreed to send it by Royal Mail. He then sent a second email to let me know when it had been posted. Such great communication and customer service from a company, who clearly value even a small amount of custom! Both my dog and I are thrilled with the product! Thank you! It’s obvious you truly care. ☺️

Leather conditioner great quality, smells great and lasts a long time with weekly use.

Boot wax, seems very good, very pleased. Wet grass water beads off the leather nicely. Apply’s well, looks a good mix of beeswax and oils. I’ll be a repeat customer.

Prompt and detailed communication with Keith about the product (beeswax wood polish) before I bought it. Lovely product.

Been looking for a natural face wash balm to replace one already using but not quite so natural! Love the texture, smell ease of use, washes make-up off easily with no problem using the cloth, will definitely be buying again.
Also bought furniture wax for wood furniture also an excellent item for ease if use to top up polish on furniture.
Highly recommend both items, prompt delivery too.

Product as described and seems to work well one small downside, the use of Evri which was not great although I did get the package their communications with the customer leaves a lot to be desired.

There was an issue with my order. I contacted your cmpany and within a few minutes you replied. You acknowledged you had made a mistake, apologised and sorted things out immediately. No fuss, no bullshit, no problem. I will continue to order from you and happily recommend Rhoose Point to anyone that asked me (which is not likely many to be fair...)

I can't fault Rhoose Point Remedies.
Ordering and payment were easy and the order was despatched quickly.
However they may need to look at who they use as their courier as Evri have had my parcel for at least 5 days and have yet to attempt delivery. Parcel tracking message is always, 'sorry your parcel is delayed, we will message you when your parcel is out for delivery'
I continue to wait.
