Fast. Prompt. Reliable… can’t say enough wonderful things about their home buying process.

Having my house on the market for nearly 3 months, I finally had a qualified buyer. The buying agent took this client, as well as 4 other buying clients and went with a new investment company in the State of Michigan, Ribbon. In my case, the final price and concessions were agreed upon, earnest monies were deposited, all contracts were signed/delivered and my house passed inspection and appraisal. We were simply waiting for the established closing date in approx. 3 weeks. Then, out of the clear, my selling agent receives an email from Ribbon that they are pulling out of the deal due to there being an HOA. Well, we got it cleared up that there is no HOA and hasn't been one in the 23 yrs I've owned the house or the 42 yrs I have lived on this street. Then next day, my agent received a call from the buying agent that Ribbon has back out of all 5 of her purchases that are under signed contract with them and refuse to give an explanation on why. I am now looking at having to relist my home at the beginning of the slowest home sales time of the year here Michigan. I am now having to make double mortgage payments (I've moved into my new home) and it now has to be explained why my house listing went from "pending" to "available" and yet no one knows why?

Anytime I had questions, Michelle, was just a text or phone call away. Once we went to the next level of the program with the due diligence period, our Rep Amanda and Jenny, were also amazing and very helpful with getting us to closing!! I highly recommend using Ribbon to be able to purchase a home like cash so you can win multiple offer bidding wars or purchase your next dream home without having to sell your current home first.

Just another flawless Ribbon transaction!

I knew it sounded too good to be true. Everything was fine until we got to the part about having to pay $6,000 a month rent on top of the 3% fee. Which wasn't disclosed until just before the contract was to be signed. Needless to say the paperwork was never signed and the clients went elsewhere. My advice??? Read the fine print with a good, strong, magnifying glass. And then find another company to deal with.

I have thus far closed two transactions with Ribbon, first time I was on the listing side and everything went smoothly. The second time around, I was on the buy side, and we closed on time without any hiccups. Ribbon helped me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend working with Ribbon. I look forward to closing another transaction with them. My thumbs Up to Ribbon!!!

that list all of their clients and you are not one of their clients either. That has been verified. The things that you put in quotes about what I said, are 100% false. So anyone reading this, this is not a valid review. I am one of Ribbon's Top Agents, and that is verifiable. However, it sounds like you had a bad experience, but her name was not Tanzy Wilson.
