We recently had curtains made for our dining area and bedroom, along with some cushions, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Rosie our designer took the time to carefully go through a wide range of materials with me, really listening to my preferences and helping me choose fabrics that perfectly matched what I had in mind. Her attention to detail and understanding of my taste made the whole process feel very personalised.

Everything was completed and fitted to a very high standard, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly it was all done — the lead time was remarkably fast without compromising on quality.

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. The level of care, professionalism, and communication throughout made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of pride goes into their work, and it truly shows in the final result.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning for future projects.

We recently visited the Richard Grafton Interiors showroom in Harrogate with the simple intention of buying just two candle holders, but we ended up purchasing much more than we anticipated! The selection of items at the showroom is truly unique—each piece stands out for its quality and craftsmanship. It’s clear that the showroom offers carefully curated pieces that you won’t find anywhere else.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest and most professional staff. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming, making our shopping experience a real pleasure. Despite living in Scotland, the entire process—from selecting items to having them delivered—was smooth and hassle-free. The items arrived carefully packed and in perfect condition, though there was a slight issue with one of the pieces.
When I contacted the owner about the issue, I was immediately impressed with the prompt and no-hassle resolution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and it was refreshing to receive such excellent service.
We can’t recommend Richard Grafton Interiors highly enough for anyone looking for exceptional pieces and outstanding customer care. If you find yourself in Harrogate, a visit to their showroom is a must! They truly value their customers and deserve all the credit for the outstanding service they provide.

We have had a media cabinet fitted in our kitchen and it has totally elevated the entire space. The whole team at RG Interiors led by Ben have been really attentive and we really had very little to do apart from approve materials and design. The process was seamless and the team worked really well with the external electrician and AV guys who were a pleasure to have in the house. Fab job and a pleasure to deal with. Very happy indeed 🤩🤩

The service we received from the team at Richard Grafton has been fantastic from start to finish. The designers integrated their innovative ideas with our requirements for a new kitchen, creating a wonderful space which looks fabulous and is also very practical. The team at Richard Grafton have been an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Our project was a master bedroom and dressing room, both of which were very badly planned. Vic and Catherine worked very hard to ensure that all our requirements were fulfilled with regard to soft furnishings and furniture and the results are just stunning. The whole experience has been seamless, as Richard promised it would be at the outset. Everyone of the team involved with our project, without exception, has been totally professional on every level, the work was carried out exactly as we were told it would be by Jess who is a brilliant Project Manager and they couldn't have been more helpful, totally exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work done by everyone is superb, particularly Bernard and his colleague Nick, who did all the cabinetry work. We are truly delighted with all aspects of the work and the end result is really beautiful.
