I put in for a paypal payout over a month ago. They sent a email telling me it would be 5 days. I didnt get anything more from them I messaged them and got no response. I then came here and reported it. After a little about a week they responded here telling me to email that same email ive emailed a few times with no response. So I did it again and have a few times and still get no response. They arent playing out what they promised I spent money and a lot of time watching ads that they have made more money off me that they ever would pay out to me.

This is to richie reply its months and you dont respond when I email that email. Stop giving us the run around.

I have been trying for months to get my rewards. No one responds at all I have $50 in rewards I doubt I will ever see. I don’t recommend this game platform to anyone at all.

I have been waiting since February to get my payment. I have sent several emails no response. And now I am blocked from sending emails. The phone number is disconnected.
I have sent another email, no response, payment is still in review.

Although it has a high min. Cash out threshold, it is extremely fun and rewarding to get there. Everything you do feels like an achievement and is rewarded as such with an abundance of points and monetary rewards. One of those achievements is free Google Play gift cards that you can use in game to make purchases and increase your cash rewards exponentially. I have played a lot of reward apps and none have been as generous and entertaining as this one. Thank you for working hard making this a player focused experience. There are a lot of ads within the application but everything is a reward and the ads are used to make the app better. Great job!!!

$100 Reward Still Unpaid After 5 Months — No Response From Support

I cashed out a $100 reward from Richie Games in May, and I am STILL waiting for my payment.

It has now been approximately five months. I have contacted Richie Games support numerous times by email trying to get an update or find out what is happening with my withdrawal, but I have received no response whatsoever.

I have been patient and have given Richie Games plenty of time to resolve this. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company for a reward that I already earned and requested to cash out.

What is especially frustrating is seeing Richie Games respond to complaints here on Trustpilot while customers who have been contacting support directly for months receive no response.

I am posting this publicly because my attempts to resolve this privately have gone unanswered.

I have documentation of my withdrawal and my numerous attempts to contact support. I expect someone from Richie Games to contact me directly and provide an explanation and resolution.

Five months is far beyond a reasonable waiting period.

**Update: Their response to my previous review did not address my complaint.**

Richie Games responded publicly telling me to contact player support using the email associated with my account. I have already contacted player support. That is precisely why I am posting here.

So I would like Richie Games to answer these questions directly:

1. Why are customers being directed back to a support team they have already contacted without receiving a resolution or even an email back in response?
2. What is the actual status of my missing payout?
3. What specific action is being taken to resolve my case, rather than simply telling me to email support again?
4. How long does Richie Games consider “as soon as possible” to be?

Please do not respond to this review with another generic instruction to contact player support. I have already done that. I am asking Richie Games to address the actual issue described above.

If you need information to identify my case, tell me specifically what information you need through Trustpilot's appropriate verification process. Otherwise, I would appreciate an actual response regarding the unresolved payout.

Complete scam my games first stopped tracking. Then I cashed out $50 5 months ago it still hasn’t hit my account and never will. Support stopped responding to me. They are making money off you wasting time to never pay you. COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY TRUST ME.

The withdrawal process is fishy. I've been waiting for my 80$ PayPal Withdrawal to process. And I've already waited the mandatory 5 days it said in the beginning.

Absolute deception and lies. They lower reward levels on existing goals as you get closer to accomplish. They miss thresholds often and don't respond at all. Also have not sent funds. This is a scam in my opinion as of now. The response is also a blatant lie, have emailed them multiple times with no response
