My husband and I were both very impressed and very happy with how Jagdeep welcomed us to MG from the moment we first entered the show room to our handover yesterday.
He was professional, friendly, respectful, and very down to earth and grounded unlike some sale reps you meet.
We were never made to feel rushed, or a nuisance, he listened and answered questions without hesitation or making me feel uncomfortable and anxious (I was a motorbility customer)
Every 2 weeks he gave us an update on the progress of our car.
This lovely gentleman with an amazing genuine smile, is without a doubt, an absolute gem and a credit to Southampton MG !!!!!!!!!

My wife and I were welcomed by Elise on a hot day with a cold drink following a delay in making our appointment due to heavy traffic in the area. Having shown us around the vehicle she accompanied us on the test drive at our request as we do not know the area. We agreed to purchase the MG HS Exclusive due to the competitive pricing having searched for something similar over the last year. Elise also arranged to pick us up from the local railway station on the day to complete the purchase as I was not trading in a car. Again the trains were delayed due to staff shortages and fallen trees but this did not deter Elise from being at the station to wait for out arrival. All in all great personal service.

I want to say our experience was very good all because of Jagdeep Bhakar .Very friendly explained everything to us about the mobility scheme. Then when picking the car up was so helpful and patient with me explaining everything about the car .Thank you so much Jag

Ordered a New MG ZS Hybrid in March, initially were delays (outside of their control) with car coming into the country. However, despite the setback Andreea was keen to get everything sorted out, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Jag was able to give me timely regular updates about delivery and Chris who arranged the original test drive who was very friendly. I am very happy with the new car after the first few days, easy to drive, looks great in red.

Chris Turner was very helpful with my MG purchase and went through everything thoroughly with me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.

Jag is very polite and helpful, answered all the questions I had and gave me information I had not considered before. Showed the vehicle to me, allowed test drive which was straightforward. After this I proceeded with the purchase without hesitation and we arranged a prompt collection date.

Picked up my new mg3 from Richmond botley today.
I was very pleased with Jag he was helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

Turned up at MG Richmond Southampton to buy an MG HS Phev, and found the garage clean/tidy as you would expect from a main MG dealer.
The staff were helpful and then there was what I perceived as a bit of a game where the salesman went back and forth to the boss and on the third time he returned to the agreed trade in price for my immaculate 2016 Jaguar XE and the eventual sale price for the MG.
As part of the sale I was promised a new set of cherished plates to replace the original ones it was born with, (otherwise my old cherished plates had Hendy on the bottom) and as I admit I am somewhat fussy to have a clean car so requested a valet as it was not clean enough.
About a week later I dropped off the Jaguar and picked up the MG.
On getting home I found no new Cherished plates were made up (was told they were unable to provide cherished plates unless already on the car at time of collection), and although the car was clean (ish), the valet had not been done. Fluff, dust in the nooks and cranny's, bits on the carpet, and finally some beige hard to get rid of goo below the steering wheel.
It took me 1-2 hours to polish, clean off the goo and get it to my kind of finish.
I had to return to the garage a few days later and was dealt with by the lady boss who instantly made me a set of Cherished plates and heard my lack of Valet concerns.
So only minor concerns, but it is the little things that make the deal and sale experience sweeter.
