Truly amazing service and experience…
Truly amazing service and experience from beginning to end. My sales representative opened the sales process perfectly. He showed me every car I was interested in and explained every feature they had. Every question I had was answered accurately. The test drive went really smoothly. Afterwards, I was helped not only by my sales representative but also the sales manager, and other sales representatives who came to speak with me while I waited to sign paperwork. It was a very friendly experience. The financing representative then closed and answered any last second questions I might have. Overall, my sales representative was extremely helpful. It didn’t feel like a forced sale, it was more like helping me choose a vehicle I would really enjoy. He stayed all the way until I left by showing me how the keyless system worked. He additionally explained everything from car wash service, tint service, and etc., so I can get the most of my purchase. It was a fun time at Rick Case. I’ll be back.

This is the second time we buy a new…
This is the second time we buy a new car. We where in the area several months ago to see CRVs . We where back in the area Saturday evening and decided to stop back in. Our salesman Pedro Oslan was awesome took the time to show us many CRVs . It was around 7:45 pm - 9pm and we had not eaten dinner he was very concerned and found us snacks and went above and beyond to get us donuts, that’s was amazing we where very impressed. The finance manager Eduardo Beato was so very mice and down to earth he made the experience great. We will return in the future to purchase another car, the experience here was fantastic and would recommend the dealer to friends and family.

I’m not happy with the service
First I didn’t use offensive words but I was very upset. I got there because my car was showing a light and I didn’t know the meaning. The person who asked my name, also asked if I purchased the car there and then told me they didn’t have a mechanic available because I didn’t have an appointment. Then a lady came and said basically the same thing. I went inside and complained to the manager. Then Walter Chavez helped me and the car was serviced. I truly think he is a good employee but the other two are not and don’t care, they basically assaulted me. When I was told car was ready, I paid and left. I drove two miles and my car showed me loss pressure, even when I was told they rotate tires with maintenance. Can I please get an appointment for tomorrow early so they can check my car?

I went to the dealership to get a oil change do a fix
I went to the dealership to get a service by Conmar. He was amazing. I needed to fix the splash protector of my car and he took care of my car. He went as far as showing me the damage and I was well informed of how to prevent any future problems. The mechanic that was there, mr.woodstock, was very helpful as well. Both very professional and thorough with all inspections.
Great experience, will definitely going back to request them again!
