I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago. They took the money immediately, but I’ve heard nothing since. I’ve emailed them twice and got no response. I’ve tried to live chat and no response. I thought I could trust them based on other reviews, but apparently that was a mistake.

Ordered a battery Got just what I needed

They are the worst customer service company EVER! I bought a Nanrobot scooter in February and it ran for only 2 months before the screen would not get power to it!

I reached out to both Nanrobot and Ridefaboard (dealer) with my scooter technicians diagnosis and test finding about the issues. I have had no resolution and yet to hear back since April with how they are going to resolve my problem!

I’m at my wits end and can’t say enough horrible things about both of these pathetic companies!

I would never ever buy anything from either of these companies!!!!

The website experienced some glitches as I attempted to check out, repeatedly placing 37 scooters into my cart instead of one. Additionally, after receiving my scooter, I attempted to return it for a different model, but I was completely unable to contact anyone at the company to initiate the return. Over the seven day return period, I sent six emails with no response. Upon attempting to use the chat function on the website, I waited two days before receiving a response. When I let the chat monitor know I was hoping to start a return, I never heard back. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the customer service, but pleased with the product.

I have pros and cons of this. the pros were that when they did communicate with me it went very smoothly and they apologized about the delay. the cons was that when they tried to update me the Email was sent to the wrong one so i never got it until it was sent again to the correct one. Overall I'm still happy that i get to ride and actually experience a E bike.

Love the bike. My son is happy and we received it just in time for his birthday. Great customer service.

My bike was delivered on time. The tracking let me know each step of the way. Good communication. Highly recommend...

My delivery was delayed and my glass display screen was cracked when I took it out of the box . I paid $549.00 of my hard earned money for that e bike only to be delivered with damage

process for ordering was easy and bike arrived on time. Easy to put together. Fun to ride and really fast! I'm 6' tall and weigh 230lbs

amazingly fast service! ordered at 8pm and it delivered same night?! i was shocked. Had my new bike within two days!

I must admit that at first I had reservations about the affordability of the Mini Swell on this site. I wasn't sure if such an inexpensive e-bike would offer high quality and durability. The reimbursement was processed swiftly.

The moment I hopped on, I was greeted by the sheer power of its 1000W motor, propelling me effortlessly through even the toughest terrains.

I recently purchased an electric bicycle from this store, and I must say that they offer the lowest prices in the market. I did a lot of research before making my purchase, and this website consistently had the best deals. Their competitive pricing allowed me to get a high-quality electric bike without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this website to anyone looking for affordable electric bicycles.

Delivery was little late and fixing the bike took long time and the instruction were confusing ( not clear) finally I had to go to professional help.

Very good company to order from. They are fast and efficient and they actually have the best prices.

I feel completely ripped off by this store. It hurts me to my core. We saved up enough money to get a double battery e-bike from ridefaboard, we need extra wheels to pick our children up while one adult worked.

The bike came so broken, no owners manual, no instructions, the pegs were busted in half. Those are problems I can put aside. The motor will not spin the wheel. So it’s just a heavy bike.

This shop (if it’s even real) has just sent me a few short emails. No solutions,no apology, just one word emails.

I urge you if you value you’re hard earned money, do not get ripped off like I did.

The lesson is, customer service is dead, and if you work hard for your money to feed your family, buy from a real dealer.
