Great customer support/experience, communication and transparency!

Super product and fast answer

Wrap arrived.
Sent to vinyl wrap shop to get professionally installed.
After installation noted the blue packaging colour had leaked into the clear wrap.
They did not offer to replace but said I could buy another piece.

Piss poor customer service.
Close to 600 nzd spent and blue streaks on my frame.

Very bad experience.

I ordered a new bike that i needed for a competition, an said i want to cover it first. Checked delivery times on their website - said 7-8 days production (working) 15 days later , they haven't sent anything. Tried to change my order - the only thing that did happen is it tried to charge my card a second time since the shipping was now more expensive.

Customer support answers within 10 days , still don't have any refund!!!

If you want to ride your bike DON'T even think to order from them.

Very poor service !!!!

I ordered the "65% coverage" kit for my FS MTB frame. There is noooo way it will cover 65%. My MTB lower rear triangle (like most others) are 3" thick, they give you 1 1/2 inch strips for the chain stays, they won't cover a modern road bike chainstay The upper stays are also not big enough. The kit is advertised as needing some trimming, the picture show they stays covered. One would think they would be oversized and you trim to fit. not so. Waste of $70

Wrap coverage finesse

Sent two customer service inquires and and never got a reply. There is no way to communicate with them.

Huge weakness in service. With other form competitors coming into the market this is a risk for a small business. Under staffing or neglecting support is a fools errand.

It took just under 3 hours to install (not bad!). It was tough to get all the bubbles out, so I just stopped caring. My only complaint is that some pieces were difficult to align properly, and have since needed to be cut off.

I covered one of my other bikes with the same 3M coating that Ride Wrap uses, and it held up well, but didn’t provide nearly the same protection.

Will use for all my bikes from here on out.

Excellent products, very tough film. The tailored (full coverage) is somewhat difficult to install, for very miticulous persons only. I mean it. It takes much more than the 3-4 hours advertised for a complete bike. But you’ll get a lot better along the way. The possibility to buy a replacement pieces afterwards is a nice touch (the ones you’ll mess up).

The wrap is fantastic, I've had it professionally installed prior. I had some issues installing it myself. I probably should have had better lighting to perform the whole process. I left too much water under the film which has become a nightmare to remove. Some of it came out easily using a needle to penetrate the film at an angle to avoid damaging the bike finish. Some of it caused damage to the film that looks like I left something underneath it, when there was only water under the film. I had issues getting it to adhere in tight spaces such as behind the cranks. Those areas have revealed themselves after riding and having dirt get underneath the film. Considering it was my first install I believe it came out fairly well. I would give the finished product on my bike a 7 out of 10 in my opinion. I am extremely picky about how things come out. I'm not saying it was the ridewrap, it was definitely my technique at fault.

I've never put ride wrap on my bikes before and I'm soooo glad I did this time. On my very first ride on the bike I fell over a rock and my bike took the hit. My bike would have been cheese graded by the big chunk of granite but instead it was my ride wrap that got cheese graded. So happy for my ride wrap!

RideWrap has gone cheap. This was my second purchase from ridewrap. In both cases, I bought the mid coverage option. On my first bike the kit was clearly made for the bike and the fit was great. I didn't realize the mid-level coverage kit had been downgraded to a generic fit. I would have never purchased it if I had known it was a generic fit. IMO, it's a complete waste of $70.

Quick and helpful responses in regards to a question on scheduling an installation.

Pues por ahora mal por qué aún no me ha llegado ,mala gestión por parte de la empresa de transporte ,aconsejó que cambies ,mañana salgo de viaje y me la tenía que llevar vinilada y no va ser posible por culpa de vuestra empresa de transporte elegida

I’m in Australia and was led to believe that I was paying an Australian business for this product. I was charged a $7 international transaction fee 🤬. Contacted the Australian distributors about this and have yet to receive a response after 4 weeks. As for the product looks complicated and time consuming to apply. Wish I did not waste my money on this product,$200 for pretty much a large complicated jigsaw phone cover. I’ll buy another product that’s easier to apply and cheaper. NEVER AGAIN would I buy from Ridewrap.
