SCAM SCAM SCAM. Riffard Funded is is 100% scam, the way they have designed their rules such as payout window 1 month is to fail traders. The biggest thing the App Riffard Terminal they offered to trader is full of BUGS.
Multiple issues such as trades on visible but running at the back end.

Auto logout even you are in a trade but cant log back in to manage your trade.

Trade doesn't close even if you have closed the trade from your end. Trade will show multiple duplicate entries.

Entries taken will not execute on the price it shows always shows trade already in a losing position when you enter.

Support team will never agree and accept the issue related to app hence blame traders.

I got impacted multiple times and each times I had made good amount of profits but lost all due to these issues I reported these issue they never admitted that these issue is from their end hence blamed me instead.

I provided all the evidence emails screenshots but still no help.

I asked them if they have paid out to any trader yet but no response from that email.

I paid subscription fee multiple times due to the 1% daily loss limit violation just because of their app. 1 losing entry was showing there multiple times and impacted my pnl.

I provided very detailed email with all evidences but they didn't help and then I just terminated their service after wasting my 1 month month and hard earned money. I GAVE UP FINALLY

They are just here to collect Traders money as much as possible and no one will be able to find their existence after couple of months.

I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY. VERY

Ehhhh i give up😆🤦‍♀️ no such pro firm like this and you have to open trades manually open their app close open mt5 or trade view to analyse trades you place trades all of them will be at a negative the same trades placed on MT5 was getting positive figures ........google must do something to shut down this firm,and they make sure you wont win lol no no this has been too good to be true stay away from this pro firm🚫
You open a position in their app but check tradeview or mt5 it is absolutely different you all need to improve your ways

After battling for over a week with platform issues and endless back and forth emails, it's just not worth the hassle any more.
Their customer service remains responsive, but the platform is not tradeable.
The last straw was opening a gold trade with their platform showing 4162/4164 as bid/ ask prices. I clicked 'buy' and once the trade was opened it showed an entry price of 4180.
In disbelief, and after getting the brush off about market liquidity, I tried to buy again at 4157, and the system showed an entry price of 4172.
The market was not moving fast at the timer and I also had MT4 and trading view open. - All showed similar prices.
Quite simply; the trading dashboard is not fit for purpose after battling with endless issues over 8 trading days.
Maybe they will get it sorted one day, but at the moment, it's simply not worth the hassle.
Especially as they are not prepared to make good their system errors.

Update: After submitting the above review, Rifffard referred it to Trustpilot as defamatory.
This claim was 'rightly' rejected by trustpilot.
It says to me that they would rather try and delete poor reviews than deal with their own failings.

I can also provide a little more detail about the terrible trade execution I experienced last week.
After getting a terrible market entry on the gold trades (as mentioned above) I also set as stop loss at 4150. The stop was triggered, but the closing price was 4135. - That obviously resulted in a significantly higher loss that it should have been.
Whatever liquidity provider they are using in the system, the stop loss should trigger at a very similar price . (and the market was not moving fast at the time)

I will update if Riffard make good the losses caused by their terrible platform and / or improve it to any extent that makes it viable to trade with.

Customer support extremely supportive and they explain everything you need to know about the program. I bought an account i look forward to been part of the team. Once i receive a payout i will share my experience again

For now I would say their problem solving and response team is the best they are now in the stage of improving the platform... I m kindly trading with their platform and i would say it's gud ....
