Scam company signed up placed bet never received any of their offers and sports book odds are beyond awful when going on live chat you wait 15 minutes then it says you have disconnected and 10 people are ahead rinse and repeat for an hr they tell you sites having problem theyll email you then in email its transcript that they answered you on live chat and are now closing as ive not answered in other words complete scam

I won a bet of £3200 5 days ago this company have suspended my account so I can’t log in my withdrawal still not in my account, made numerous attempt to speak to people who just fob you off.

I’m pretty sure these are scamming people.

Spoke to a person called clint

Spoke to a person called clint, explained how i randomly was logged out. Attempted to reset my password but it kept saying contact support. Its been 5 hours and they still cant help me out. I have around £1800 sat in my account with no access to it. I cannot comprehend how a company who has a multitude of employees in the customer service department cannot deal with a basic query about resetting a password.

Its been 5 hours and yet a password reset cannot be resolved. All ive been told is to clear my cookies and cache but whenever i attempt to change my password it states ‘ contact support ‘ yet support ask me to wait 3 hours and it will randomly work. The professionism is astounding. Bitterly disappointed with my treatment and i am feeling sick to the stomach that tomorrow is another day and as a business owner i will have to spend a large portion of my day asking the organisations staff to kindly reset my password as its having issues.

⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I can honestly say that my experience with RightBet has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experiences I have ever had with any company, let alone a betting company.

I had a live bet running on my account and was offered a cash-out value of over £3,600. At a crucial stage, my account was suddenly restricted, leaving me completely unable to log in and manage my own bet. As anyone who gambles responsibly will understand, having access to your account when a live bet is active is absolutely essential. Instead, I found myself locked out with no clear explanation and no way of making any decisions regarding my own money.

From approximately 10:30am onwards, I spent the entire day trying to get this issue resolved. I sent emails, used live chat, provided all the information requested, and repeatedly explained the urgency of the situation. I was told on numerous occasions that someone would contact me. I was assured that the matter would be looked into. Yet hour after hour passed with no meaningful update, no phone call, and no resolution.

The most frustrating part of all was the complete lack of communication. Nobody seemed willing or able to provide a clear answer. Instead, I felt like I was being passed from one person to another and constantly fobbed off with generic responses. Not once was I given a satisfactory explanation as to why I could not access my account while a live bet was still active.

The stress this situation caused was completely unnecessary. I spent the entire day chasing a company that appeared to have little regard for the impact their actions were having on a customer. Being unable to access your account while potentially thousands of pounds are at stake is unacceptable. The anxiety, frustration, and uncertainty caused by this situation were immense.

What concerns me most is that I did absolutely everything that was asked of me. I provided my details, cooperated fully, remained patient, and repeatedly requested assistance. In return, I was met with delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency. Even after making it clear how serious the issue was, nobody seemed interested in resolving it promptly.

I have since looked at the reviews left by other customers and, unfortunately, many of the complaints appear very similar to my own experience. Poor communication, delays, account issues, and customers feeling ignored seem to be recurring themes. Had I seen these reviews beforehand, I would never have opened an account.

A betting company should be transparent, professional, and responsive, particularly when customers have active bets and significant sums involved. In my opinion, RightBet has fallen well below the standard that customers should reasonably expect.

I will be taking this matter further through the appropriate channels because I do not believe this situation has been handled fairly. Customers deserve better than being locked out of their accounts, left waiting all day for promised callbacks, and given little to no information while important decisions are being taken out of their hands.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering opening an account with RightBet to proceed with extreme caution. This has been an incredibly negative experience from start to finish and one that I would not wish upon anyone else.

Very disappointing experience

I placed a bet on a goal being scored in the 30–39 minute interval. In the Germany vs Ivory Coast match, the goal was officially recorded as being scored in the 30th minute by all bookmakers, live score providers, and sports websites.

Despite this, my bet was settled as a losing bet.

I have sent several emails and provided supporting evidence, including screenshots, but instead of receiving a proper explanation or resolution, I have repeatedly received messages stating that the case is closed without the issue actually being resolved.

To make matters worse, while I am still waiting for my recent winning bet withdrawal to be processed, I received a notification that my account is being closed.

I find it extremely concerning that the operator has chosen to close my account before properly resolving the disputed bet and while a withdrawal is still pending.

What concerns me most is the complete lack of support and willingness to properly investigate the matter. It is extremely frustrating to be told that a bet is lost when the goal was widely recorded as occurring in the 30th minute, which falls within the interval I selected.

The complaint remains unresolved, yet the case has been marked as solved and my account has been closed. In my opinion, this is not a professional way to treat customers. I expected a fair review of the evidence and a proper response, not account closure and repeated attempts to close the case without addressing the core issue.

The treatment I have received has been terrible and highly disrespectful. I am extremely disappointed by the way this matter has been handled and by the lack of respect shown towards me as a customer.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, i withdrawal money it says u will recive in 24 hours but no money when i contacted back it says 5-7 working days and still not recived my money. I have informed them i have heart condition when i shared with them one of their support staff says thats not their problem. This is absolutely joke. First not giving people money secondly now saying no time frame. This is absolutely fraud. I would suggest people dont deposit here your money or u lose everything. No wonder why they dont have app yet because they cant cope with it. Already they have seen so much downfall only in website. Everybody whoever use this atleast report this to gambling commission so atleast they can take license off or do something about it

Avoid at all literal 'costs' in my case

So the site was down for approximately a week , and we were told our funds were secure blah blah ........ i had 2 bets which settled on 6/6/26 which won totalling £264.85 ---- the site is now back up and bets show as 'won' in bet history but my balance is £0.00 .
This is disgraceful customer service and they are now ignoring my emails.
I am fortunate to have friends at both IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission so will be filing my evidence with them both tomorrow and getting the complaint's started quickly.
RIGHTBET - DO the 'RIGHT' thing, credit my £264.85 !

Getting worried now

Same as the other reviews.. not been able to get on for over 40 hours now.. I have money in my account and when I message the support they just say it's a technical issue and ther is no time frame for fix at the moment. Hope I haven't lost my money ☹️

SITE DOWN FOR DAYS ON END WITH MONEY STUCK!

Site has been down for 40 hours now with no explanation but the word "maintenance"on a blank white screen... No regular scheduled maintenance takes 40 hours.

Customer support are also ignoring any correspondence asking for reasonable information or an update with them also refusing to lodge formal complaints!

They supposedly can't even provide a manual withdrawal for any funds which adds on to the multiple breaches of UKGC legislation.

I'd strongly advise everyone to stay well away from this site as your money could be held for days on end with no correspondence!

Website down for good knows how long now and they don’t even answer emails properly or seek to want to help. Go on live chat and wait to be connected to get a message and automatically then disconnected!!!
