I signed up in april.
It is now the 2nd of july and my second date i was meant to get my medicine has passed.
I now have no more diabetes, blood pressure or asthma tablets.
I told my family if i die sue rightdose.
If you want to go without your medicine rightdose are great.

Thank you for choosing the Rightdose Pouch!
We are in the final stages of completing your registration and just have a couple of steps left before we can have your pouch delivered to you.
We will notify NHS England that Rightdose is your nominated pharmacy on 18/06/2023.
You will receive your first pouch delivery on 30/06/2023 and on a recurring monthly basis thereafter.
To confirm your first pouch, we do ask that you order your next prescription via your preferred method after 20/06/2023 as this will ensure we have everything ready for you.
Below is a reminder of your medication schedule times for the pouches that you will be receiving. If you do wish to make any changes to this schedule, please let our team know as soon as possible by replying to this email.

Too unreliable. I have Diabetes, Heart Problems and Mental Health medication that needs to be taken everyday. The Right dose pouches are a god send to someone like me but I've had problems for the 4 months of service I've had with these. Customer Service on the phone to be fair always sort things but I shouldn't have to chase or worry about receiving my medication.

This company is impossible to get a hold of by phone or email. I originally signed up for the Right dose pouch service in the beginning of May. It is now 28/06, and after placing 3 prescription orders, and being given 2 delivery dates, I still have NOT received my medication. As a result, I have gone nearly 4 weeks without any of my medications! I have now done an emergency prescription from my GP. This company should be investigated by CQC.

Where to start - I've given Rightdose three cycles of meds to ensure that I am allowing for teething issues both ends.
Month 1: Apparently I didn't order my meds - my NHS online and doctors say otherwise - as such they weren't dispensed - after lots of calls/emails and the ability to get a short term prescription to tide me over I waited - about a week later I got the pouches and I won't lie was happy with them but if I hadn't got the interim meds I'd have been up the creek
Month 2: This time again apparently I hadn't ordered so I had to contact them again. Explained my prescription last dispensed was for 2 months supply they'd only dispensed 1 month so surely I shouldn't need to order - tablets were dispensed eventually
Month 3: This is where they outdid themselves - 6th June first ever email saying remember to order my meds - I'm on it! They are due to run out on the 22nd but I still don't have them - email them - ignore it - phone them leave a message - don't reply - persistently phone until I get through and they knew my name before I'd offered it up! Anyway long story short - they'd had my prescription for 2 weeks, I have epilepsy and asthma so rely on my medication but they still hadn't dispensed it?! I had one tablet left for that evening. After a lot of back and forth they say they will dispense that afternoon and she will call me when it is done - surprise surprise no phonecall but yes it was sent - get the meds lunchtime the next day (luckily I had a spare left over from their last mess up) but apparently according to the person I spoke to it wasn't an issue I wouldn't have my morning dose to open them (on a Friday) and see that they weren't in pouches at all and the prescription had only partially being fulfilled. Had to call up and spoke to someone, the only helpful person I've ever spoken to there, who said there was an issue getting them (bear in mind they'd had the order 2 weeks) but they had them less than 12 hours after the last dispense so would be sent out that day - if I didn't have meds I would now have been 48hrs without them! And that they weren't in pouches as they've been too busy with new customers to fulfil existing ones. Never mind changed pharmacists now so I'll be one less that you'll have to deal with. Oh and the packaging isn't recyclable and if you have slow release tablets that need to be airpackaged such as Sodium Chrono they start to disintegrate by the end of the monthly cycle. Hey ho as you can see I wasn't happy... Rightdose it's such a shame as the concept is fantastic but don't do it if you can't execute it luckily I can manage my meds but you're aiming at a market of people who may struggle, your incompetence has real repercussions.
Only good thing I can say is the tracking works but that's because DPD did it!

I thought I'd try this for my regular meds after seeing an online ad. I registered and sent my prescription in but they were not able to fulfill it due to some issues on their end. Obviously this did cause some issues for me as I only have a small overlap supply. I emailed them and have been called directly by the company. They apologized and explained the reasons for the problem. It was good to have a company reach out personally. It sounds like they are genuinely trying to resolve the issues they are having. I will try them again in the near future.

Had my registration details for two months - latest prescription for two weeks. Only to tell me on a Friday at 5pm that medication wont arrive on the Monday and go to a chemist. A lot of medication I'm on has to be ordered hence why I thought I'd use these - unfortunately they are advertising a service they cannot deliver and should revert to a business they are capable of running

Can’t get hold of anyone either by phone or email. They have my perscription, and have not sent it out, so I’m now out of certain medication (vital medication). Certainly would not recommend if on medication you can’t do without.

the whole experience was let down
by DHL.
The whole delivery system was farcical and despite paying surplus fees they did not meet my requirements and I had to drive to their Depot to Collect.
Please note my flat has a video entry
system and shows all traffic.
My wife and myself sat in all day to take delivery which did not happen.

If you are reliant on your medication do not use these people. Firstly they are a nightmare to contact. Secondly when I eventually spoke to someone they tried to delay me for a further month.I explained that my local pharmacy had closed they then said okay they would deliver them to me. They told me I had to be home to accept delivery,obviously as they were drugs. Waited and waited then had email from DPD with a picture saying that they had delivered them to a completely different house no where near where I live. Spoke to them at length threatened to report them to NHS and they got hold of driver to back track and collect them then deliver them correctly. Now I am due to go on holiday next week and on checking the box that they sent me find that I only have 1 months supply instead of the 56 days that they had a prescription for.Sent email ,tried contacting by phone nothing. Have had to go back to my GP and order more meds to collect from a pharmacy.Will never use again,they obviously can’t cope with demand, so very stressful.Don’t go there.

I've been with rightdose for about 8 months now, at first they were brilliant, but ever since I've had to call at the 11th hour to chase my medication despite them having my prescription for at least 3 weeks usually 4... no response to emails, no response to messages left after 25 minutes on hold listening to 1970s Jason King shopping music... then I got through to a very nonchalant call handler that put me on hold and lied saying that they were just being checked by the pharmacy... I know this is wrong as I rang my doctors surgery as I was concerned that I wouldn't get my prescription, to be told they had only just accepted the prescription hours after my call! ... so here I am going cold turkey and feeling unwell, just got an email from DPD saying they are expecting my medication, so from experience that will be another couple of days as now at the weekend, despite being promised that they would be delivered this morning... so now I've had to ring my GP for an emergency prescription and the receptionist could not believe that they have been sitting on my prescription since June 2nd!!... got to call back after to to see that emergency prescription has been signed off and pick up at my local pharmacy... all while having a proper diabetes wobble... lost work for today too and too unwell to attend important business meeting later as my medication would not have kicked in... these people really don't care, it was a great idea but looking at the other reviews and from this experience I feel they have bitten off more than they can chew and customer care has gone out the window, avoid at all costs, I'm going back to my local pharmacy and the daily dose box!! AVOID! AVOID!

AVOID - terrible service
I wish that I had read these reviews before signing up to this service. I have shared the poor experience of the others posting. I do not understand how the GPC allow these guys to continue operating. They have had my script for 14 days and I run out of meds tomorrow. They do not answer phone. They do not answer e-mails. When you get through they promise to call back back then never call. Utterly criminal and they will put health and lives at risk. They just don't seem to care.

After a few months of successful delivery of my pouches, this month nothing arrived. I checked with my doctor that the prescription had been sent on time, and it had; 19 days before I needed them.
I called Rightdose....... 13 times! Yes, 13 times before I got an answer. I had to go without my prescription for 24 hours before I received my pouches via DPD.
Now I only suffer with hypertension and the increase in my blood pressure due to not taking my medication, was small. But if I hadn't kept phoning (which in itself raised my blood pressure) nothing would have happened, they didn't even have a tracking number for my parcel so it hadn't been dispatched, despite them having had my prescription for 19 days! Not good enough.... In fact I'd go so far as to say dangerous!
Get more staff and get your act together Rightdose or something very serious will happen!
I won't be using Rightdose again.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go with this pharmacy.
They were consistently late with morphine and COPD meds leaving me in physical state.
When I called, the pharmacist just kept silent and wouldn't talk. Weirdest experience I've ever had.

Started off good,have had delivery problems over the last two months phoning up had to wait 30 minutes for an answer promised Monday 16/06/2023 no tablets, phoned Monday 19/06/2023 promised Tuesday we will see, looks like I will have to go back to the old system.
