UPDATE!!
The company finally did contact me and offered a 30% refund for the shoes however I explained that I ordered a size 9.5 and they were waaaaay too small and they did not offer a larger size. They issued an RMA immediately and refunded the original $120 (not $150 as I had previously stated).

I have been trying to return a pair of $150 shoes for over a month now. I have emailed and phoned customer service repeatedly without any return communication. They have a 30day return policy and I'm sure I'm over that period by now.

Beware.......

Their return policies are not clearly outlined on their website. They only offer 30% back when items are returned. And although I initiated my return within the 30 day time frame, because their return process involves back and forth emailing, they tried to say I had not requested the return in time (since after emailing back and forth for several days, the 30 day window was over).

Delivery took a long time. My shoes run small, will need to exchange for size.

They exceeded my expectations! Great quality, great look and so comfortable. I can be comfortable and look good! Yes!

I got the order promptly, the shoes look great , but they are not leather 😞

I wasn’t 100% happy with the quality of the shoe. I would give it a three out of five, but the Customer service has been great. There is a man named Justin who made the exchange streamline and was very courteous and prompt in responding to my concerns.

Beautiful shoes and extremely comfortable. I’ve had several ankle and foot surgeries and i feel totally comfortable in my new shoes. The leather is buttery soft!

1. There are lies when you order more than a certain amount per their website it should be delivered in 5-7 days but orders are definitely taking longer than forever to be delivered.
2. It is not the genuine leather as quoted on site.
3. If your foot is long or broad don't buy these shoes as you will end up hurting yourself with the worst sizing ever. If you will buy a size up it will be loose but still toes will end up in bad shape with those pointed styles. This has not happened with me in any other brands I wore so far unless it is really cheap.
4. Customer support is really the worst.
5. Don't forget their return policy is another scam. You will end up wasting your money.
I ordered 8.5 size shoes which are my usual or always size. Turned out to be really small and hurting. I reached out to support in a day or 2. I was informed their sizes are fine which is not the case if I compare with my current other brand shoes. Then I was asked no return of full money and I will need to pay the label to return which is alot to return to get my money back for first order with them I ended up getting full store credit so I ordered size up shoes and pair of glasses. Again delivery as they state to be 5-7 days took almost 3 weeks or more. I got my 2 pairs of shoes which are loose now but again pointed part is really the worst part. Also they never delivered the glasses I ordered.

Delivery took a while but it was worth the wait. I am enjoying the softest, supplest leather I have ever known. Perfecto!

It should be illegal to have a website that says based in Canada , when it’s really CHINA. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, RILEY RIVER! The products are not leather - very poor quality - smells like chemicals - the slides I purchased don’t even have a proper buckle so I can’t even wear them. I can’t believe I spent $200 on plastic shoes from CHINA 😡 Don’t make the same mistake I did. If something looks suspicious- come to this website first and read reviews. I wish I had!!

This website lies about fabric content, products are low quality and poorly sewn, proportions are wrong, and they do not honor their own policy regarding returns. This is the kind of company that ships low quality products and when you complain, offer 1/3 of your money back and still do not honor that.

I purchased a pair of shoes that were described as leather shoes. Upon arrival (3-4 weeks), it is clear that they are vinyl shoes. Very disappointing.

I love the style of these shoes, quality and comfort. I bought them in black and immediately ordered in the wine brown. Ordering was quick and easy. I love these shoes. Super versatile style.

This company is from China, the shoes are crappy. It took almost a month to get them. They say full refund. NOT TRUE. 30% refund only. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company. This is the last time I buy from a company on INSTAGRAM, that is not well know. Even their website said Canada, so I thought it may be legit, it is not!

Shoes are not leather and quality is horrible. Pictures on the website are not real. Took forever to arrive, came wrapped in bubble. Awful! Return policy is 30 days per the website but they are only offering a 30% refund.

I placed two orders, one was large because I didn’t know what size to order so I plan to return the ones I don’t like or don’t fit (their advertised policy seems to support that). I placed the orders on Sept 23 and it’s Oct 10 and I still haven’t received either of them. They emailed me yesterday asking if I had received my orders and saying if not it may be due to “unforeseen circumstances”. What?! The customer service phone number goes no where. It’s not a real number. The tracking appears to be coming from somewhere in Asia or the Middle East. This company has scam all over it.

I ordered one pair of shoes and was billed for two. I alerted the company before they were shipped. Support flat out lied to me, "expedited" the order which took several weeks, then refused to allow a return of the 2nd pair. In addition, the shoes are very poor quality.

Rileyriver has everything! I need some new jeans, shirts, shoes, heels, almost everything and I decided to go with Rileyriver because they have some great styles. Everything I ordered is of high quality, and comfortable. The packaging was nice and support helped me with a question quickly. I do recommend rileyriver to anyone.
