I love these very classy Mary Jane mules.

2 pairs of shoes came damaged. Riley River finally said they would refund me. I had to send them the UPS tracking number to get the refund. I returned the shoes. They never sent the refund and I have been fighting since September for it. No reply to e-mail and no response leaving voice mails. Don’t deal with these people. Scam.

RIPOFF FACEBOOk. take the advertisement down! ... Shoes are too small and I cannot reach the company to exchange. I should read the reviews before purchasing them. I warn you do NOT spend your money unless you are willing to make a donation. I am reporting to the BBB

I have reached out to customer service several times, with no response. The shoes are not sized correctly. The shoes are definitely not leather. And they came in broken, no shoe boxes. They were jammed into a plastic bag, I think this why they were damaged on arrival. So DISAPPOINTING!

pls do not transact with this company. They are a scam from China. They will deliver fake goods to you that you cannot return. They will not give you a return label. Pls BEWARE

First of all, the reason I chose 1 star was that there is no zero star. I was scammed big time. I saw a pair of shoes that was on sale for $229.99 from $459.99. I ordered a size 11.5, which was the biggest size they displayed. The shoes came with no box, and the pair looked like a size 6. I could not see where the size was displayed. I called like 8 times. Eventually, I found the website and emailed. A guy called Furqan Javed replied to me. He said they can refund me 15% and that I should look for a friend to give the pair to. I reached out to an Attorney friend of mine, and he said that I should reach out to him again. I did, and the guy said he would refund back 50%. I accepted, and then he just replied today that he is only doing 15%. He then asked me to mail it to a foreign country (Turkey). It'll cost me $240 to send it there.
NB: I saw another email that said 50% of my fund $114.99 is being processed and I should receive it in about 10 days.

I ordered a pair of shoes that did not work. I have sent 3+ emails and left 3+ voicemails for 0 response from Riley River. I am not sure when I have seen worse service.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and when I received the shoes one pair were to small and the Mary Jane clip came off the other pair were way to big the two pair did have an odor. I filed a complaint with PayPal I received 30% of my order which is 60 dollars buyers need to beware I feel like I was taken .I paid 222.00 dollars and i received 60 dollars back just want to stay beware

I would give this ZERO stars! I never received my shoes that I paid for. I used my office as a delivery address. Apparently, the shipping carrier they used left the shoes outside of my high rise office building during the weekend when the office building was closed. WHO DOES THAT??!!!!

They sent me a size of shoes too small for my feet and also the strap buckles do not work, they are defective. I tried contacting them by email, website, phone the very next day but so far it has been already three days and they have not got back to me. I am worried since the website states returns are accepted only upto 14 days from date of delivery and considering this company is in China.....

The shoes fit wonderfully. True to size and the heel height is fabulous. I loved them from the moment I put them on

I ordered the Orella mules. The buckles on this pair of Mary Jane-style shoes are decorative only--meaning, the strap buckles aren't actually attached to the shoe. Consequently, the shoes are UNSAFE because the strap slips out of the buckle and can cause one to trip, fall, etc. Rileyriver offered a refund of 30% for the DEFECTIVE shoes--"as a gesture of goodwill," they said! When I refused that ridiculous 30% refund, they offered to exchange the item with other items of my choice. The 2 sweaters I ordered in exchange arrived but DON'T look anything like the photos on their website. Wrong colors. Horrible quality. I can't even sell them on eBay because they have no labels. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. I know their photos are tempting--but I'd hate to see this RIPOFF happen to anyone else. WASTE OF $117 for items that DON'T WORK!

Despite repeated attempts to get the company to respond via emails and phone calls, I have yet to hear back from them despite waiting for over 20 days.

I’ve been trying to get response from them so I can return the shoes that arrived and are the wrong size.

Their customer service is lacking and by the looks of the number of one star reviews, I’m not the only one that Is Having this experience with the company.

I would love to have them respond to me so I can get these shoes back to them and my refund.

The shoes are beautiful, worth the wait. I bought 3 pair. Don’t order though if you need them quickly, 4-6 weeks delivery time.
My only concern is they squeak when I walk, but I’m hoping that will stop once They mold to my feet.

They sent wrong items three times. And now they are requesting me to return all three wrong items out of my pocket. I don't know what kind of business they are running. Certainly not a functioning shoe-selling business.

Super nice, chic and comfortable

Easy to purchase. However delivery took longer than expected. I like the quality but expected the shoes to arrive in at least a dust bag, not just wrapped in bubble wrap
