RILU Windows & Doors Ltd Reviews

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rilu Windows and Doors for a major home renovation project where they installed 23 new windows, 2 x crittle back doors, and a smart front door in my house. From start to finish, the experience with Rilu was nothing short of outstanding.

Right from the initial consultation, Ricky and Luke demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and expertise. They took the time to understand the unique characteristics of my home and provided invaluable guidance in selecting window styles that perfectly complemented the age and style of the house.

What set Ricky and Luke apart was not just their professionalism but also their friendly and communicative approach. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable by keeping me informed at every step. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and their willingness to go the extra mile to meet my specific requirements was truly appreciated.

One aspect that particularly stood out was the cleanliness and tidiness maintained throughout the installation process. Ricky and Luke ensured that the work area was kept immaculate, minimizing disruptions to my daily routine. This level of consideration and respect for my home did not go unnoticed and added to the overall positive experience.

The quality of the workmanship delivered by Rilu Windows and Doors is nothing short of excellent. The new windows, crittle doors, and smart front door have not only transformed the aesthetic appeal of my home but also significantly enhanced its security & functionality. The attention to detail in the installation process reflects a commitment to excellence that is truly commendable.
