I rarely write reviews, but Rimgard truly deserves one. After researching different wheel security solutions, I chose Rimgard because it offers a completely different approach compared to traditional locking lug nuts. Instead of protecting a single nut, the system prevents access to all wheel nuts, which gives me much greater peace of mind.

The product quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid, precisely manufactured, and well thought out. Installation was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. Once installed, the locks integrate very well with the original wheels and remain discreet.

What impressed me most was not only the quality of the product but also the excellent customer service. The support team was highly knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to my questions. Every inquiry was handled competently and with genuine interest in helping the customer. This level of service is becoming increasingly rare and made the entire experience even better.

Fast Shipping! Well made product! My OEM 2.5" center caps were not deep enough to install on the Rim Guads however, I found 2.5" caps
w/ 7 mm depth fingers, black center caps online that worked.

I don't normally leave reviews but I am very satisfied with Rimgard. From their service, to delivery, to protection, they have been a fantastic company to work with. I recently purchased a Toyota Camry SE 2025 and have been concerned about wheel theft in my area. Not only are rimgards a deterrent, but they gave me the peace of mind to know my wheels were safe (my partner will vouch)!

Ich habe versehentlich die falschen Felgenschlösser für mein Fahrzeug bestellt (Wert ca. 360 €) und erst nach dem Kauf festgestellt, dass sie leider nicht auf mein Auto bzw. meine Felgen passen.

Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nachgefragt, ob es ein passendes Modell für mein Fahrzeug gibt. Mir wurde schnell und freundlich mitgeteilt, dass es für meine Felgen leider keine passende Variante gibt. Gleichzeitig hat man mir ohne Diskussion direkt ein Rücksendeetikett zugesendet.

Ich habe das Paket anschließend zurückgeschickt (die Ware war unbenutzt) und nach nur etwa 2–3 Werktagen war der volle Kaufbetrag bereits wieder auf meinem Konto.

Schneller, unkomplizierter und kundenfreundlicher Service. So wünscht man sich das. Vielen Dank an Rimgard! 👍

Your product was received in a well packaged container. Unfortunately for me the Rimgard system i recieved is not compatible with my 2020Acura MDX. Your company has been quite helpful in the process of returning the system. I want to thank you for making my purchase a pleasurable one. I experienced some installation issues but that was due to my novice experience with Rimgard. Reached out to Rimgard support team and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, it may not be bulletproof to expert thieves or whoever that desperately wants it but I guarantee that it won’t be an easy task and at least deter them to an easier target. I’m quite happy with the product and my mind is more at ease every time I have to walk away from my car.
