Both Lee and Mark were extremely professional and accommodating.
As a venue that does not usually offer a shuttle service, they were able to understand our requirements and adapt accordingly.
They not only provided a great service to our guests, the also worked extremely well with the team on site.

After probably being a nightmare customer, Lee was nothing but kind, courteous, patient, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to sort out and arrange various lifts for my daughter’s wedding this weekend, making the whole process completely stress-free.

Lee has been our driver for the last few years now. We take a group of Post 16 Students on a residential twice a year! Lee is great with the students they love him. He interacts brilliantly with them. We have requested music played, music quizzes!

Lee was fantastic from start to finish he is a friendly chap and really helpful with luggage , he was on time and knew exactly when our flight was coming in….. we had a terrible experience and was diverted to London Stansted whilst in the air and Lee offered to pick us up when we were stranded there …. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The minibus was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The driver was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great experience. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were perfectly on time, which made the whole journey stress-free. It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about customer service. We used Lee at Ripley Mini Bus Hire for a private door-to-door transfer from our home in Derby to Manchester Airport — and back again — for our family holiday to Florida, and he was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

His communication in the lead-up was excellent — clear, prompt, and reassuring. We mentioned that we might be coming back with more luggage than we took, and without any fuss, Lee turned up on the return journey with a luggage trailer attached to the back of the minivan. That kind of forward-thinking, proactive service really sets him apart.

The minivan itself is a spacious 12-seater (possibly more), and even on the outbound journey with five hold suitcases and five carry-on bags loaded up, we had a tonne of room. The seats are incredibly comfortable, and Lee even asked what music we wanted on — a small touch, but it set the tone for just how accommodating and personable he is throughout.

But what really stood out was how stress-free Lee made the whole experience. Driving to Manchester Airport is one thing, but knowing we didn't have to get behind the wheel after a 9-hour flight and a very long travel day home from Florida was an absolute godsend. He was brilliant with the kids too, and just a genuinely lovely, easy-going person to spend the journey with.

We wouldn't hesitate to book Lee again and would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and top-quality private transfer service. Five stars, without question.

Great professional company highly recommended

I Hired this minibus company to take myself and 10 family members to and from a family wedding . The distance was quite far from where they are based and also where we lived , yet we were never made to feel like it was an issue at all . Right from enquiring , the communication was excellent , contacted by WhatsApp and also on the day . This was really reassuring after a really bad past experience with another bus company . The time keeping both there and back was incredible , they were there exactly when they said they would be . Friendly drivers . Great service . Will definitely use again in the future .

Brilliant service from Ripley Minibus Company. Nothing was too much trouble for our driver Lee from the start of our journey to Liverpool and back, he was friendly and professional.
The minibus itself was immaculate,comfortable and spacious , making it a smooth and pleasant ride for all 11 of us.
Lee was very punctual, arriving on time for the return journey, with regular updates via messages on the phone.
