Rippingterps Reviews

Ian's a pleasant bloke, I've spoken to him in the past about hardware and he was happy to chat with me about it.
I recently got a all glass diffusor from RT. It was ordered on the 5th and it arrived today, safe and secure along with a handwritten thank you, which I honestly thought was a lovely personal touch along side the RT scoop as well.
The quality of the bowl is great, my dumb backside forgot to get an 18-14 insert, but after jerry rigging something together it fits my B1 beautifully. I'm not sure if this is placebo effect, but the glass bowl feels so much smoother in comparison to my metal CH bowl.
I'm really impressed, and 100% recommend this store for upgrades and replacement parts.

This company is brilliant from the moment I opened my package so impressed all the personalised touches brilliant prices spot on quality spot on brilliant from start with next day delivery too

The customer service has blown me away. I ordered a ball vape and a bong from their website, but unknowing to me the bong I ordered wasn't ideal for the vape I had bought.

And in comes the customer service.
Ian proactively reached out to me, where he provided very much appreciated advice on which bubbler would be better suited and made the very kind gesture to switch them out for me.

I bought the product due to a prior good review I saw, and I'm yet to use the product, but I do know that if I have any issues there is incredible customer.service that would be delighted to help

Great company, great products and great prices. Ian is very helpful. I had a trivial part missing from my order that was sorted with ease! Definitely recommend !

Great experience throughout using this site. The owner is extremely proactive in providing great customer support and their products are great quality.

Great experience, purchased a ball vape kit and Ian was a fantastic help. I didn't really know much about it, but he took the time to go through everything and explained it all to me! So happy, highly recommend if you're looking for a ball vaporizer!
