Risen 

Risen is the re-branded version of SA Host (SA is now under new management) and it's just as bad as before. They re-branded to get rid of their negative brand image, but they're making the same mistakes this time too.

The staff team are immature and regularly spam the main Discord chat with inappropriate conversations and insult potential customers. Owner and most staff aren't any older than 14. Me and a few others got banned from their Discord server for providing objective feedback and breaking no rules. One ex staff member even turned out to be not who he said he was!

I can't speak for their services, but they resell from Kyrstal, so it shouldn't be too bad. I'm unsure about their Dedicated Servers though, although I wouldn't chance it as it's most likely OVH.

Their website is more or less default WHMCS, with a less than attractive header slapped on top. A positive is that the WHMCS is actually paid for and isn't nulled, which is positive.

So, to summarise:
- Don't buy Risen if you want support
- Don't buy Risen if you want staff with any technical knowledge
- Don't buy Risen if you want a mature staff-member to contact
- Do buy Risen if they beg to give you services for free in an attempt to improve their brand image. What have you got to lose?

The business, Risen.host requires a lot of professional brought into the business by an experienced market person. The business has a lot of unprofessional and childish behaviour that reduces sales, the branding and the future of the business. I would not recommend this to a friend simply of the behaviour, training and the support staff are giving to the public eye. The host therefore should not be a hosting brand that is in the eye of the public as it's a waste of general time and money to the business. Please go elsewhere if you are interested in hosting as this would stop you from looking further.
