Amazing customer service
Awesome customer service, super friendly and helpful. They also sell really good quality, well-maintained cars. I'd totally recommend this dealership.
I bought a car from them that has no faults and really clean bodywork. They even did some work on our vehicle before we bought it and made sure everything was ready for us to take home.

Couldn't ask for a better garage
Couldn't ask for a better garage. Even my hard to impress dad was impressed. I love my new car and all the extra servicing and engine work (timing belt etc) which was done beforehand has given me piece of mind. Lovely staff, would definitely look to use again in the future.

Tough but fair
To be fair, the injector failure on the way home 2 hours after purchase, albeit frustrating, was not foreseeable on their part. I managed to limp the VW Caddy to a nearby garage for repairs and train'd home. After retrieving the car a few days later Rash promptly reimbursed the £200+ parts cost. Overall, nice car.

I bought a car with issues he told me it was because everything was tightened up not realising my son is a mechanic it was the diff we took it back and back to be told if i buy the oil he would put it in free of charge i only had the car for a month so i said why should i have to buy the oil when i only just got the car then to be told thats the best he could offer.So no i wouldn't buy anything off him ever again.How many customers has he said put good reviews on he will give you an extra 3 months warrenty.You will not be able to take it back to them for it fixing.The warrenty is only up to a £1000 so if your car is going to be more than that then you have to put rest of the money to it.

We would like to clarify a few important points which you have missed out in your feedback.
The differential service was completed as part of the PDI prior to the vehicle being handed over, ensuring it met the required standards at the point of sale. Since purchasing the vehicle in September, all work carried out by our team has been completed to a good standard and in line with proper procedures.
When the vehicle returned for the EGR carbon clean, it was inspected and any recommendations were made based on its condition at that time. We would also like to make it clear that the suggestion regarding tracking did not come from our engineer but was raised by your son. Which you had carried out and this did not cure your slight judder. Coming from the rear of the vehicle which at this point we offered the labour to be free and for you to get the 1ltr of oil for your vehicle which you had owned for almost 3 months at the time.
We take our workmanship and reputation seriously and stand by the quality of the work carried out. We are therefore disappointed to see this review, particularly as we have not been given a fair opportunity to resolve your concerns directly.
Regarding your finance complaint, this was handled through the appropriate channels, and we regret that you feel the outcome was unsatisfactory.
